Worst customer service ever. Not only did they mess up my wedding bouquet they ruined my mothers day surprise from my husband then proceeded to insult him by saying that he likes refunds since we got a refund for the bouquet THAT THEY SCREWED UP back in Sept of last year!!!!!!!! And when they had to fix my bouquet (which was supposed to be pink and they made it orange) they acted as though it was an inconvenience. For mothers day flowers the delivery guy called me asking for directions to my office and I am the one that was supposed to be receiving the flowers from my husband. He ruined the surprise and never even apologized. Their flowers are incredible so this sucks bad. My husband used to stop once a week on his way home to get me gerbers but once they screwed up my bouquet he kind of lost faith. Then decided for Mothers Day he would give them another shot. It was awful. I couldnt even understand the driver his accent was so thick. We will never buy from them ever again. RUDE RUDE RUDE....!!!!

Today is my wedding day. I am having a simple courthouse ceremony with the love of my life at 1pm. I ordered an ivory bridal bouquet worth over $80. My day is planned out so that i didnt have to worry about anything. I ordered this over one week in advance and pre-paid in full. I asked that my bouquet be ready for pickup at 8:30am today, my wedding day. I go to pickup the bouquet and I was told that it was not made bc the artist did not come in yesterday. No one called me to notify me of this at all. All they offered was an apology and to possibly deliver them to me when the artist shows up, no time was promised. Unfortunately I have no flowers to wed with but this florist cannot take my happiness away. Just a poor experience that I felt is necessary to share.

Elba and her team out did themselves on my wedding flowers. Not only were the bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces completely stunning, but the 8 foot arch for my ceremony, nearly took my breath away. Guest could not stop commenting and taking photos of the floral arrangements. If you are planning an upcoming wedding you should definitely stop here, they took my vision and made it come to life. I ordered flower for my wife and when she open them to put them in a vase they were molded throughout the arrangment. When I called to get a credit for a future order the guy denied it and was very rude as for as resolving the issue. I told him I was going to be giving them a bad review and thats when he hung up on me. Thats the last time I gave them my buisness. Pro flowers is so much better trust me!

I had my wedding November 21st, 2015. Elba and her staff were awesome!!!! So professional with a personal touch. Elba was flexible and worked with me on some last minute changes. I had a custom flower crown made for me that turned out absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend her to everyone!!!! Love love loved everything and was very affordable! Thanks Flowerama!

I will never use this florist again, as the customer service is awful. They are never helpful! It appears they are only concerned with large volume orders, like weddings. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere, as you may get better customer service.
