Well yesterday was my third visit to Snellville Florist, and I have never been so bothered by my experience there like I was yesterday. Just two months ago I purchased three wrist corsage and three boutonnieres for my teens Homecoming dance at George Walton Academy. The cost was $40.00 for everything. Yesterday I ordered two single rose wrist corsage and two single rose boutonnieres and the cost was $50.88. My issue is not so much the cost, but the way I was talked to by the lady behind the counter that I never dealt with before. In the past I would order and pay when my items were ready for pick up. I was told yesterday, "It is company policy to take money on all orders up front". When I questioned that based on my previous experience with the store, she went on to say "SOME PEOPLE order things and dont pick them up". Even though I started to ask her just who SOME PEOPLE were, I kindly paid the woman and exited the floral shop. If it is company policy, then the presentation should have been delivered better, and the part of "SOME PEOPLE", should have been left out. After picking up my items on this Saturday, I will no longer use this florist or recommend that anyone I know uses them as well. I no longer feel that I am a valued customer of Snellville Florist.

My 35 year old sister died last week and a close family friend ordered an arrangement that very quickly died. My mother called the florist to let them know the hydrangea arrangement was not up to par and since their website says they guarantee their work could they please replace it. She immediately got an attitude with my Mother and told her they only guarantee their work for 24 hours although their website says otherwise. Next time you have a family member that dies, especially one as tragic as my sisters sudden death, make sure you check the flowers AS THEY ARRIVE to the funeral home to see if any are from Snellville Florist, because that is the only way the guarantee anything. I would not do business with these people EVER again simply based on her condescending attitude. I will make sure I tell not only Chris at Tom Wages but every other person I come in contact with not to do business with this florist.

I give Snellville Florist 100 stars if I could. I have been a customer of theirs for years. Recently, I ordered some flowers for my mom. I am in Knoxville, and the lady I spoke with on the phone, took her time with me, asked questions, guided me, and was most helpful. Then when my mother called me crying because she had just received some beautiful flowers, I knew then it was time to hook up with Snellville Florist again, and I plan on sending my mother, in Snellville flowers every month. The arrangement was perfect and just beautiful. The flowers are still just as fresh the day they were delivered. THANK YOU SNELLVILLE FLORIST

While visiting from out of town, I placed a $60 flower order for my elderly mothers birthday. The day after the flowers arrived, they began to die. My sister, who lives in town, contacted Snellville Florist to let them know the flowers were already dying. She was told the flowers were only guaranteed for 24 hours. No replacement was offered. I find this to be poor customer service. Surely a good quality flower will last more than 24 hours! The flowers used must have been old or Snellville Florists provider produces a poor plant material. Very disappointed.

Got a $100 plus delivery $125 total bouquet for Mothers Day. It was only half of a bouquet and full of plants. It had all the flowers of which there were few on one side of the vase. The flowers were not fresh either.
