Disappointed with the service I received. I was sent a jacket from my sister in Florida. Its to small. I took it to the store to exchange it for a larger size. A very nice clerk at the service desk said go get a larger size. So I did. When I returned to the service desk a Jamaican lady informed me I needed the reciept. I explained it was a gift. And she continued to tell me I needed a receipt. Needless to say she wouldnt exchange the jacket. She tossed it back into the bag and handed it back to me. Very nasty attitude. I spend a lot of money in that store. And it upsets me. Im contributing to her salery. I dont understand why she could exchange a jacket that they did have more of. Update my husband went back today and talked to the manager. The manager said the clerk should have exchanged it. Even with out the reciept. So they did and also gave him the difference back because they are in sale. So Im happier today.

Went through self checkout... we didnt get all of our change, the "cashier" Stephen, was fantastic!! He was very kind and kept us updated... while we waited over 15 min for a csm we saw her , Caitlynn, a few times , she never acknowledged Stephen, he used his keyboard to call her 5times... each time he saw her he waved his arms in the air and she blew him off... so after 15 minutes I walked down to get her... she was very rude, I explained that we had been waiting 15 min for her and that I had to get my kids... and she just acted like she didnt care... no apology, nothing... she should not be a csm.... Stephen should!!

Its pretty decent for a Wal-Mart. Clean and in a convient location for those in the area. Need to work on there site-to-store ordering accuracy and efficiency. The problems Ive seen arent so much with the pickers as it is on the back-end and how they run the whole system. Seems to be a Wal-Mart in-general issue. Online it will tell you they have exactly what they have in stock at the time, but that includes whats on the FLOOR as well, so by the time you place the order and go to get, even if its within the same day, someone else that was shopping at the store could have already picked it and bought it!

The meat and fresh foods are out of date, and in some instances simply bad. I do not if this is an example of the american worker, then I am no surprised that your country is on the decline. The managers, if you can call them that, are inept and can not even manager to look descent for the customers. Watch out for what you buy in the "fresh" section. Nasty place to shop, and I am sure that if you actually hired people that knew what they were doing that things would improve. Shame on Walmart!

Not a good Walmart. Its difficult to get in and out. I tried to return a motorcycle battery using the receipt on my phone and the associate at the automotive department would not accept it. I had to get a manager to use my Walmart app to find the battery receipt and have it returned. The workers there just dont seem to be knowledgeable. Ill travel to the new Holly Springs Walmart before going to this location.

The new format has long lines and inadequate staff traing. This follows the paradigm of serve your self after paying the high cost to diy. Why not just make it all self serve bring your own cups and your annual bowl do away with counter sales all together. Pay before you enter online and use Barcodes instead of people for service. The concept seems to fit the trend.

The store is very organized and well kept. But I didnt have a good experience with cashier in charge of self check out. When we needed help she came with a rude attitude because she thought we didnt speak English. She was a little ignorante and discriminating. Unfortunately it hasnt been the first time Ive had to dealt with this.

No employees at checkout. Had to go to multiple registers to pay CASH!! When I needed help at checkout it took several minutes. When I said thank you on the way out, it was met with zero response. Thanks, Ill have a great night too!! Seriously, I get that its late but, seriously?! Customer service all hours you are open.

This is a very average Walmart. Its always clean and stocked. It suffers from the typical issues of a Walmart: either the cashiers are standing around bored or there are two stations open for 200 people trying to check out. Other than that, come here if you need tires, shampoo, and eggs in one go.

went on Friday evening 8/25/2017. the young male working in electronics was more concerned about holding a personal conversation as opposed to helping me locate a item i needed. stood there for a least 3 minutes before he acknowledged me. wont be coming back to holly springs walmart ever again.

A lot of lazy black people working, they get bothered when you ask for help. They never keep the meat department stocked I rather go to Publix and pay a couple dollars more! This is a very stupid store with employees who dont now much about returns and get mad when you ask for manager!

This store is so much better than the other Walmart stores in our area. The produce is very fresh and they even match competitors pricing. The store is clean, well stocked and has great staff to assist. Overall, good shopping experience, good selection and great staff.

I actually enjoy going to this Walmart. Its clean, organized, as the checkout lines are quick. I normally would give it 5 stars, but my last two on my last two trips, I was only able to get 50%of my shopping. Although, school just started back, so it could get better.

This Walmart is good, but when i called now the person I talked to was rude I asked when will transformers the last knight Walmart exclusive dulexe class hot rod and the guy said when there is an add for him thats when he would be out and he said it rudely.

Clean, well maintained and very organized. I love the little energy saving feature where the employees use the natural light from the sky lights on the roof, very good for the environment. Better than the Walmart in Canton off of Riverstone Parkway

Customer service is lacking customer service. If my girl answers your question dont give her attitude because you didnt hear me the first time. I will definitely be calling a manager and shop at another store where the service is now friendly.

I refuse to purchase my meats or fruits here due to out of date or lack of freshness but the other day I bought bad OCharleys honey mustard. Yes this walmart is close and clean but too many reviews of bad food to trust this place.

Very slow service in this location. There was only 1 person works at the "customer service " area while there were 7 people on the line wait for help. Id rather drive 15 minutes to Walmart at 6435 Bells Ferry Rd, Woodstock.

Friendly staff. Everything is relatively easy to find. Typical Wal-Mart environment. Holly Springs police like to hang out here so beware of leaving the parking lot too hastily - they will get you.
