If you are in emergency do not expect discount tire to be able to help. I had a two horses in a trailer with a screw in the trailer tire. I called discount tire to see if they could put a plug or patch in my tire as they were the closest tire place to where I was. The gentleman said they did patches for $18 and were open until 2 PM. I got the horses out and filled the tire with enough air to get me to their location which took about 10 minutes. Upon arrival I found the garage bays empty yet when I went inside the lady told me that she could not help me that they would have to do it another day. I explained that I was not from around here that I was in an emergency with two horses on the side of the road with my wife and a friend holding them and the lady said she was sorry. I explained that I had just called 10 minutes ago and she said she was sorry that I would have to go somewhere else. They didnt even offer to put air in the tire to get me to the other location safely. I stopped at a nearby gas station and crypt to Roland tire which was more than glad to take care of us. I could understand if I was asking for four new tires or a brake job but I was only asking for a tire patch because I was in an emergency situation and the gentleman who answered the phone told me to come by

WORST PLACE EVER. I paid them $200+ for a few minor things on my car, the day I got it out of the shop it was messed up even worse. We took it back to them thinking they would feel bad for not fixing it fully. They proceeded to try to charge us another $260+ for a simple tune up and new spark plugs. and when I said thats okay we will just do it ourselves, they wanted $35 for looking at it. They should have caught the issues when it had been in the shop a few days prior!! So after refusing to pay them their silly $35 fee and driving off with our car, they called the police on us and had an officer call me and threaten to put a warrant out for my arrest if I didnt come pay the 35. Worst business owners I have ever come across in my life. You will never earn my business again and we will make sure that others know all about your horrible business!

Went in for an alignment, they had my truck in the shop for 10 minutes and wiggled a tire and said, we cant do your alignment because your bearings are bad. Charged me $35 for it, would not give me credit off for that charge if I came back. At another shop right now, the bearings WERE NOT BAD, the center nut just had to be tightened, and there doing the alignment. Their Techs assume without checking all possibilities. Would not recommend to ANYONE. Not to mention their name is misleading, I thought I was going to a REAL DISCOUNT TIRE.
