I had to call the POLICE my experience here was awful! My boyfriend bought me the princess charm from here and it BROKE! the crown was clean off. I took it in and the owner, Joe, said he would replace. Then the story change, and the charm had to be inspected by a "pandora representative" All in all they had the charm for over a month, and when I finally called to ask about it they were very rude saying they would not replace it! Upon picking up my broken charm, they were so rude and REFUSED to give me a copy of the receipt that proved my charm had been in their possession! When I tried to ask why, the owner joe took out a remote saying he was going to have "LOCED UP" for trespassing! Could you imagine my surprise! I called the police myself because I felt so threatened. I ended up having to file a complain with the BBB! And they lied their tales off stating "t was my "PERCEIVED experience" DO NOT GO HERE. The police officer even told me that he has had previous issues with the owner Joe. BEWARE!!!!!!

I was referred directly to Joe by a really good friend who promised me that Joe would take good care of me. I was in the market for an engagement ring and knew enough to be dangerous. Joe was incredibly patient and kind as he walked me through some solid options. In the end, he talked me out of making a fairly big mistake and showed me some options that were absolutely stunning. I went with one of the options he showed me and surprised my girlfriend beyond her imagination. She says she absolutely loves the ring I gave her and that she cant believe I picked it out myself. Neither can I. Joe deserves all the credit. Lastly, I cant imagine getting a better deal on an outstanding wedding set. Tom Shane or Jered himself wouldve been proud of the deal I got. I cant recommend Grayson Jewelers more.

The owner and staff are amazing. The jewelry is beautiful. The owner is an excellent jewler and knows the history of jewlery. I have a ring that I brought in for repair, the owner informed me of its origin and the history of the ring. Come to find out it is an heirloom, circa 1920 engagement ring. My husband was also able to purchase a beautiful wedding ring to his specifications for me on short notice. They have a vast assortment of Pandora as well. Anything you desire they either have it or will get it for you. I love everything about Grayson Jewelers.

While it is a good idea to be cautious, my experience was quite excellent. The guy, Joe, he knows watches - he is more knowledgeable than anyone I know about watches-fanatical. Anyway, he helped me with my Rolex, and provided an excellent value on a Rolex for my wife. Even after the sale- These guys provided service beyond the sale like I have never seen. She loves it! Great value, great people.

Ive had 3 repairs done on two pieces of jewelry here and I highly recommend them. I had a chain shortened and a ring both sized and a diamond replaced in it. Both pieces were returned to me as good as new. The prices were reasonable and the customer service was great. I have recommended them to many friends.

I got here as soon as they opened for a bracelet, my son was a little hyper but that didnt bother them which surprised me most people get annoyed but they were very friendly and professional I was greeted by everyone I was in there for about 5 min. But it seemed longer I would definitely go back

As one other user stated, they are very friendly when trying to sell but after that their service sucks. Dont try to sell this guy something he made because he will say he doesnt buy his own jewelry and tries to say you paid less than you did. BUYER BEWARE!

I have not actually purchased anything yet from this jeweler. I am about to have him do my wedding band. It has to be custom made because of the shape. he gave me an awesome quote, and they seemed like really nice people to work with at grayson jewelers.
