People when you drive by; keep going unless you’re ready to waste your time and your money. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life today. I had been in there once before and a very nice young lady served us and was very helpful. So I wanted to return for the same service. Today was a totally different experience. My fiancé and I went in to get an appraisal for insurance purposes, but instead I received a lecture on how bad my diamond was and they pulled out a $14,000 diamond to compare one another. Yeah sorry but I know that I did not pay $14,000 for the center diamond and I never asked to see one of your diamonds either. I was livid and I really wanted to speak my mind, but regardless I needed the appraisal done. After completion of the appraisal they came out to say what they appraised it for and how much “THEY” would have sold me the piece for, insinuating that I had over paid for my fiancés engagement ring. Well they gave their price and guess what? I still got it for less than what they wanted for it. For all of you future prospects save your time and money. I went there for a service to be done not a lecture on why I should have bought from Taras. No worries Tara’s Fine Jewelry, you will never see me in your store again and I will never recommend your services to anyone that I come across looking for jewelry.

There are many many Rolex dealers that are much closer to me, but I wouldnt give them the time of day after dealing with Tara Fine. I can say with confidence that they are the most professional, caring and truly wonderful people to deal with both in business and on a personal level. Eddie and his team go above and beyond each and every time to make sure I had everything I needed and that everything was perfect. My fiance and I took my engagement ring to Tara for re-sizing. It had been passed down to us from his mother, so not only was it old, it had TREMENDOUS sentimental value. When we arrived at Tara, it was so apparent they cared as much about the sentimental value as the monetary value. The re-sizing itself turned out to be tricky and the ring needed more work than we knew, but Tara explained everything they would do, allowing us to ask questions along the way. They took the time and care needed to make my ring PERFECT and honestly I do not think I would ever feel comfortable leaving it with anyone else! Thank you Tara!!

I am happy and relieved to have found Tara Fine Jewelry Co.! My wife and I moved to the area a few months ago and a friend referred me to the store when I needed some work done on my wifes ring. The atmosphere was energetic and the customer service was excellent. I went in with a simple repair and left with not only her ring looking brand new, but with a stunning sapphire and diamond band for her birthday as well! Finding a new jeweler in a new place is hard but I feel at home with the people at Tara and look forward to visiting their beautiful showroom again in the future.

I had a perfect experience selecting my engagement ring. I learned about Tara from a friend who purchased his ring at Tara. I was a little intimidated when I first walked in. Very big and beautiful store. I met with Scott. He was very nice and not pushy. He showed me many styles and assured me that A ring was available in my price range. I made 2 visits before actually buying. when I finally made my selection they set the diamond and sized it the same day. I am very pleased and will be back in the future.

This place is really nice. The staff is knowledgable and customer service oriented. I have met the owners on several occasions and they too are wonderful to work with. There is quality in every unique piece in they showcases. I enjoy visiting Tara on Saturdays if I am in the area. There are some watch lovers like me who return frequently to look at new inventory, talk about new things weve learned, and learn new things from the staff. Those people know watches! The customer service that I received was shocking! I felt insulted and disrespected. I was hoping for a positive experience, as I had been referred to this particular store, and was extremely disappointed. Today, I went to another store and had a totally different experience. Tara Fine Jewelry! This store is 1st class. If you are looking for a fine quality engagement ring this is Atlantas finest. Believe me I did the homework. I checked the top name jewelers in Atlanta and the internet. The owner and his wife helped me personally. I was shown how to look at diamonds and really understood the process. The store is clean and professionally run. The prices are right. No pressure, no gimmicks.

Great experience.... we walked in without an appointment and were immediately taken care of. They didnt look at us as another commission. Even though this was our first time there they made us feel really comfortable and explained the different trends. Not once did they try to make us go over our budget. I dont usually write reviews but I have to say that this is the best place for engagement rings hands down!!! I LOVE my ring and everyone that I show it to is really blown away because it just sparkles in any light. We worked with Kelly and she was really patient with me. (I had about a million questions lol) We live all the way in Brookhaven and we wont go anywhere else for jewelry. Ever!
