The manager of this establishment is very rude and isnt professional. Ive went in various occasions and I always have to wait an eternity for service. This manager is very undelightful and I would appreciate it if the sales owner take in mind te reviews that are made in this website.

It took a while for me to be serviced.... Im guessing because I have a young face. After talking with one of the ladies about what I was looking for she decided to assist the next person with a sale... I took my money to another Zales across town.
