I never had an issue with the store before. Ive been shopping there for over a year exclusively but after the way one of the supervisors treated me yesterday Ill never go back. I went to get my baby girls formula (with my wic check). I pulled it out at the cash registered and signed it right there in front of her as well as two other cashiers and several customers. She then says extremely loudly to another cashier "we cant take these if they signed before we ring it up" so at this point everyone in both lines are staring. She finally addresses me just to tell me the same thing. I told her Id never had this issue before and I really needed to get this formula. She without any empathy told me to go to the health department. By the way I immediately went there and even the girl at the wic office looked confused and said she also uses wic and has never had this problem before. I felt like it was extremely petty and uncalled for for the way she handled it.

Its never to crowded, and the customer service is great,the cashiers speak and seem to be really interested in pleasing the customers , the managers are always on the floor asking if they can help, they assist with bagging groceries if needed, you even see them doing light house work on the floor ,its comforting to know that they care about their employees.

A Day In The Life

Ingles right across the street is so big and cold and nobody talks to you.Harveys is smaller warmer and more inviting.Even the meat guys say hello and want to help.I have never had anything but good service.Except for the time the deli lady wouldnt help cause she was going on break...but just that one time.

They have the basics & good sales. The people are friendly and very helpful. I wish they had more grocery options. I do like their section of locally produced items.
