I have shopped at Publix for 27 years because of the customer service and the quality of the meat. They will hand cut steaks, cut the bone off prime rib and then tie it back on and find the perfect Easter ham. It is also spotless, which means a lot to me in terms of where I purchase food. All in all, it is a privately held company which enhances the commitment to customers, the staff is helpful and will show you where a product is rather than just point or mumble an aisle number.and they will actually order a product you want them to carry. It doesnt get much better.

Very good customer service, manager is very nice and accommodating. Products always quality, although my only complaint would be the sarcastic, arrogant guy who makes the subs, I asked if they put honey butter and heat pressed the subs (because they do that in Lakeland, Florida and in augusta) and he said no and was like how about this for pressed and squeezed my sandwhich. He could definitely be better but thats about it.

Its worth going here for the sometimes higher prices then the near-bye Kroger. The wait is usually not bad to check out. The BOGO prices are often very useful. Their customer service is the best, especially their musically inclined employee.

The manager was very understanding of an issue I had, and he reimbursed me the full price of an item even though he was under no obligation to do so. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Great supermarket overall.

I dont use this Publix EVER. I do go to the Publix on Atlanta Highway which is clean, friendly, professional, courteous, helpful. I have never seen such a vast difference between two stores from the same company.

I have been cashing my check here for a month and 2weeks, and all of a sudden the young guy tells me he cant cash no check over $400-$500!!!!!and i was like really!!!!!
