From Day 1 Tom and his staff have went above and beyond the call of duty with my printing needs. In fact, for years I had used a service in another state and they acted like they were doing me a favor every time I needed work done. Tom immediately looked over the label job and not only revised them as needed but suggested printing them on a waterproof thicker stock- all at a lower price. Over the last 5 years FastSigns of Gainesville GA has helped me in every way possible including suggesting various alterations to better my final product. Having heard good things regarding FASTSIGNS, I attempted to get a quote from them on a large project, but seemed it impossible for me to get a hold of anyone. I called multiple times over the course of a day starting from their opening time until mid afternoon and never once got anyone or had my voicemail or calls returned. I strongly desired to do business with them after what I had heard, but at this point have no desire to move forward knowing the labor it might take to get in touch with someone at their storefront.

I didnt really know what I needed when I visited and was suggested a sign that they said would work. Their solution was a lot more expensive than expected. So I shopped around and found a place next to cicis pizza. They came up with a solution that was much more reasonably priced. The staff seemed more friendly and more willing to work with my needs.
