Just visited the UPS store on Grand River to send out an overnight package with a prepaid label that was emailed to me and when I asked if they could print the label they refused. I was told I had to run my credit card and log into a computer. It was for a UPS label at a UPS store that is literally 1 page. Annoyed by the lack of service I went over to login only to find out it charges a mininum of $3- $5 just to use the computer. Really?!?! When I asked to speak to the manager, Kevin because it is absolutely ridiculous that the UPS store wont print off a UPS label he stated that they are independently owned so they dont make money off of the prepaid label. Okay, fine but now I wont come back for other services either because heaven forbid you provide good customer service in the hopes of future business. Smart! Are you really so hard up for money that printing one black and white label on a basic piece of white paper requires charging customers $3- $5?! Sad!! They literally stand there printing labels off all day long so its not like I was asking for anything special! Seriously, find somewhere else to go if you need help with shipping because providing a basic service is too much to ask at this location.

Very friendly staff and quick. I thought it was a little pricey though. I needed something notarized and it was $10 for each page that had to be notarized and I had 3. So it was $30 for 5 minutes of work. I dont have a local bank so I couldnt find someone to do it no charge. I remember the day when you could walk in to any bank and it would be no charge but I guess those days are over.

I was dropping off two packages today with my two small children. An employee saw me unloading my car and actually came out to the car and took my packages for me. I didnt even have to bring the kids into the store! It was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. I wish I would have asked for his name because he was so thoughtful!

They tried charging me over $7.00 to print ONE piece of paper. They claimed it was for computer time, but the only reason I had to use their computer so long was to try to format the document using their limited software. Nobody else was in the store so its not like I was hindering business. Ill go somewhere else to print next time.

I have been using this UPS store 1-3 times per week for a couple years and I am always greeted by happy, professional employees who go out of their way to help me. They ask about my kids, joke with me, and make me feel welcomed. I wish more businesses were run like this one.

I went to drop a package off yesterday. I was carrying my baby in his car seat and a large package. One of the young male workers sprinted to the door to open it for me. Wish I would have caught his name!
