I visited Citizens Pharmacy for the first time in August, wow what an experience it turned out to be. I actually had the best time ever. I was greeted time I walked in with a g smile and a big hello. And everyone was so friendly and helpful. Helped me to find all that I needed, and the pharmacist was so kind and sweet. He explained my meds (even though I already knew what the were) and made sure I understood how to take them. It reminds me of of home and when everyone cared and made sure you that you received a warm welcome. One other thing they do that makes me feel good is on my receipt, I noticed a bible verse. Now that made my day. It will surely keep me coming back.

I have become a forever customer. The customer service here is top notch and that is important to me, especially since I have to rely on my pharmacy to provide medications I take daily. I switched pharmacies a few months back because I was fed up with how other pharmacies were treating me, like I was imposing on their time asking questions and expressing concerns about constant policy changes. Ive been treated with respect and compassion here. Something I appreciate having worked as a nurse for over 10 years, with a bit of pharmacology knowledge. When I have questions, it is important to know I can trust the person Im asking, to answer them honestly and respectfully.

The patrons of the store are always given full explanations for those new medicines ordered by their physicians. The staff provides carry out service to handicapped customers when called upon by the customer. The staff of this store should be used by other stores as models to assure proper customer care.

Love this pharmacy! They are always caring and professional. Their prices are usually significantly less than the chain pharmacies which enables me to stay on my much needed medications. They have everything you need for pharmacy items along with medical equipment, orthopedic shoes, snacks and gift items.
