Today I went the drive thru to pick up my percription and politely asked the young lady for my total so that I could go get the money for it . For some reason she did not want to give me the exact total and when I asked she rolls her eyes and finally gives me my total after practically begging smh. Horrible service. The pharmacy really needs to work on the attitudes towards customers at this location . This is not the first time

I love Rite aid its convenient and right around the corner from my house. However they NEVER have anyone working in the front of the store. Today I went in and I had to scream hello in the front to get checked out or they would have left me standing there waiting. I really know they need to hire more people but come on you still have to service your customers. That was ridiculous.
