I would recommend BIG FROG to everyone that pass me on the street...Thats how much I appreciate BIG FROG!!!! I had a bad experience with another company...and we found BIG FROG on google...in two weeks time I have placed two orders with BIG FROG and one was a very LAST Minute and LARGE.... each time they exceeded all our Church expectations...I worked with Sylvester, he is truly an amazing worker and person...He was very nice, understanding, professional, he listened and took all our ideas and did exactly what was asked....He worked so hard and stayed super late after closing to make sure Jesus Kingdom order was finished...He told me..."he was not leaving until our order was complete...and I thank him for his wonderful customer service, for his time and definitely for his patience...BIG FROG has a wonderful team...THANK YOU! The sales consultant acknowledged me as I entered the store. She asked if I wanted to look around while she finished with the customer she was working with. When she got to my order, she explained the difference in shirts. I told her what color I wanted and she explained the difference in prices when it came to a darker color verses a lighter color. After she tallied up the total for the shirts, it was a little more than I expected. I asked if they gave discounts for military, and she said yes. That discount brought the price down to what I was expecting to pay. Very professional young lady, Im sorry i cant remember her name, but she was on point. One last thing, thank you Big Frog Custom T-Shirts for recognizing the military by giving the discount. I look forward to doing business with you again.

I would highly recommend Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More to a friend or business associate. I was very pleased at the high level of professionalism and courtesy extended by the owner, Mr. Monte Raynor. Although I was working with a very tight timeline, Mr. Raynor ensured that my order was processed and delivered within two business days. The salesperson who delivered the products was very professional. Even when it was discovered that ONE shirt was missing, the salesperson made a special trip back to the company to get the shirt and delivered it to us the same day. This level of customer service is rare today. I commend Big Frog for a job well done.

I had been searching hi and low for a T-shirt printing company that didnt require a minimum t-shirt order and I was recommended to BIG FROG. I was only needing two t-shirts for my parents, to be able to wear when they go on the "PRICE IS RIGHT" My experience was fantastic from the designing process to the great customer service I received after they found out that the lime green T-shirts werent 100% cotton. I got exactly what I wanted . I was so happy even with their coupon to get a free shirt. I hope they keep those up and also I will go back there again n again, because they are super nice and they give u exactly what u ask for an even let u create the style, print, font , color, text. They can put any image on the shirt. Their prices are wonderful and I cant express how happy I was when I received my custom made shirt. Can express how happy I am.
