So let me tell you my awful experience. I went to this location on a thursday evening to ship my friends ukulele to Arizona. There was one person working but there was nobody in the store but me. Anyhow as I walk in the lady, larger sized was friendly upon the initial greeting. Then we began discussing rates and what not. So I had my ukulele inside its case and she tried to fit the case including the ukulele inside the box and said it wasnt fitting and said I would need to pay for a bigger box. Then she said "let me try something" and she opened the case and took my ukulele out and placed the ukulele inside and then squeezed the case inside the box and then told me I need to buy wrapping for the ukulele because it cant be shipped like that. Well why the hell did you try it like that anyways. And if the ukulele case fits in the box then the ukulele inside the case should fit inside the box. Like it doesnt change dimensions when something is in it. It was a hard cased case so obv theres no room for free play in the casing. I told her that i just wanted my uku back because by this point i was getting irritated. Then she starting shaking the box from waist height and out fell my ukulele hitting the floor and the case falling right on top of it. I inspected the ukulele and there was a decent bit of damage on it. Then I put the ukulele back in its case and told her to give me the box and put the case including the ukulele in the box without a problem. She was basically trying to make upgrade to a larger box size so I would pay $80 for shipping instead of $50. Eventually we reached the payment stage about 20 mins into the process so far. And then during checkout she kept changing the price from $58 to $54 to $53 to $56 to $59 and took about 5 mins to finalize her price. And we already discussed its weight and dimensions and box size in the beginning. Finally the total came to $55.60 which isnt what she told me in the beginning when she rang it out. Price went up by about $15...I was so irritated that I just wanted the item shipped so I just payed and left. And she said at the end that her printer wasnt working so she couldnt print my receipt which seemed odd to me. Its fedex and your printer isnt working? So she wrote my tracking number on a piece of a paper. And i checked my bank statement and it showed that the payment was taken at a later time and in Memphis, TN. The worst experience Ive had at FedEx. Rude, slow, no common sense, seemed oblivious, and kept attempting to acquire more money. Oh and a damaged ukulele. Never going here again, and nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

Destroyed the box and the item insides box, repackaged in a box too small, item broke. Not only incompetent, but a-holes who dont give a **** about anyone. I sold an item on ebay, packed it tight asf in a rectangular Amazon box, and dropped it off here. 5 days later it was in Norcross and tracking said damaged, handled per shippers instructions. 18 hours later, that same day, it updated and said barcode label unreadable and replaced. 5 more days they handed it off to USPS, who delivered it same-day. Only it was in a square box too small for the item, the items box was ripped in half with half being used as packing material, and the item couldnt lay flat so it was angled against the walls of this new box. Needless to say, item arrived damaged. I cant even imagine how they got through the shipping box, through my layers of bubble wrap, foam and paper, then ripped the product box in half and broke the product. I think they were drunk (it was NYE) and used my item (an electric rodent trap) as a football.

They had the facilities I needed which was why they got 3 stars. When I walked in I wasnt greeted; the two woman continued talking and totally ignored me. But no big deal for me so I went on my merry way to try to print from the cloud. I attempted to print from the cloud for about 7 minutes but the machine was acting funky so I went up front to ask for help. As soon as I started with "Im trying to print from the cloud..." the employee interrupted me, saying "Yea, its not working". Why did you let me waste my time trying to make it work?! Why is there no sign (in a SIGN shop!) that says that its down for now? Mind you, other people walked in while I was there and they were greeted, sometimes even by first name. When I finally got my items printed and went to the front to bind them the employee was very lackluster. But, when another regular walked in, she brightened up. Why was I treated like my business didnt matter? I wont be coming back here unless absolutely necessary.

Terrible service. Dont waste your time. Went in there around 1 am to ship a hard drive. The man made me tape the box and package the item myself while he helped another customer. He constantly berated me for doing things wrong, when it was his job, mind you. He wouldnt scan the label from my phone. When he finally printed the label, he said I had to pay for the box, but I told him the shipping was pre-paid. He didnt accept it, even though he used the wrong required box. I told him I would try tomorrow morning at another location. He told me I wasted his time, though I was kind and HE was the one who wasted my time and treated me with such incredible disrespect. Follow your instincts. If you feel its going to be a bad experience, then dont go inside.Trust me.

Latisha was incredibly rude. I walked in and instead of asking "How may I help you" I stood there and she asked " Do you need help?" I said yes I need something printed. She then replied very rudely and we went back and forth about how I just needed 8 copies printed then and it has never been an issue. She then stood there and talked someone she knew that was waiting and did not help any customers in the line. Someone else finally came over and helped print what I sent off while she went over to who was helping me and turned her back to me and started to chat, clearly about me and then starting a rap song very loudly. I use fedex at least once a week but will now be going to UPS

Worst FedEx I have ever been to. It is easier, faster and cheaper to go to the USPS down the street or even to UPS. Last 2 times I was here, I waited in line for over 15 minutes just to mail envelopes I had already prepared. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line. I went during low-traffic hours. Still, a ridiculous and infuriating wait. There was zero attempt from the staff to apologize, work efficiently or even smile. Just gave me attitude. Looked like the print counter was actually moving, so my negative review is limited to the shipping counter.

UNPROFESSIONAL. This is a 24 hours location. I went there at 3am for an urgent print job & the door was locked. I banged on the door for 15 mins. As I was taking a pic of the 24 hours sign, it just so happened to flicker off. I got my pic & I also took a pic of the only car outside which obviously belongs to an employee. I will definitely be calling CORPORATE. Absolutely disgusting customer service!
