I just wanted to leave a thank you and a job well done. I had a tattoo design in my head for years and always visualized it on my arm before it was really made real . I drove by your store a few months ago , And after reading several reviews both on and off your site decided to go in and see if what i wanted on my arm could be done . Jeff was there and was nice enough to answer all my questions and dispel any of the myths i had learned either from TV or Walmart . This would be my first Tattoo and no other family member had any so ti couldnt really ask them . I set a date and for weeks later with Jeff . I still had many questions and a visual design in my head of what i wanted . Jeff again took the time to answer all my newbie questions . And thankful had a few suggestions to help make my design even better including correcting a font mistake i had not noticed on a few numbers . I was grateful for that help and not having to live with a simple error i had made . Jeff made several suggestions to help this newbie and make my visual a reality . My goal was to cover an old and painful job site accident with my children names . All of which would not have been if the accident had gone worse . Jeff helped with placement and through the whole process was very professional and patient . I cannot express how happy i am with my new tattoo . I have visualized it for years but never had the time to make it a reality and with Jeffs help it is far better then i had ever thought it would be . This was my first tattoo and with such an easy experience through it all i can assure you it will not be my last . Even my wife is now thinking of ideas for a tattoo of her own . I have been reading reviews for a while for several different shops hoping to find an artist I liked and a shop I could trust. I decided to check this shop out one day on lunch. When I walked in, I was immediately greeter by Jeff. I told him what I was wanting. He didnt just say, "yeah, sure I can do that for you." He talked to me about it in detail and made sure he understood exactly what I was wanting. He then encouraged me to go through all of the artist portfolios and see whose style I liked most. I truly appreciated that he didnt just try to take the business for himself. He earned my respect pretty early on and I ultimately decided to make an appointment with him. Last Friday, he completed a cherry blossom tree on my back. It looks great. I am more the happy with the work. I was there for about 4 hours. The guys in the shop were all very professional and incredibly respectable. Being a female by myself in a shop full of guys, I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The shop itself is an open shop and it was very clean. I 100% would recommend these guys and can say Jeff is an incredible artist. I cannot wait to start working on my next idea with him.

I came in for a nose piercing around 6pm today & was immediately met upfront by two lovely ladies. The shop was very noticeably taken care of and the atmosphere was great. After filling out the consent form, I was led back to one of the rooms by Jenn--and yall, Jenn is awesome. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and a sweet person overall. The piercing experience basically went down like this: We had a moment over Harry Potter as she prepped the supplies, she pierced my right nostril with precision and grace, and made sure everything was clean and that the stud was comfortably placed. Afterwards, she explained aftercare and made sure my post-piercing arsenal of questions were all answered. The piercing was a quick process with very minimal pain (a max of 3 involuntary tears leaked out of my right eye & a tissue was sweetly provided). I have nothing negative to say. I will definitely come back here for future piercings and tattoos. I highly recommend this place!

Let me start off by saying how friendly, funny and awesome everyone was! This is the cleanest and nicest shop that I have ever seen/been to. The staff are extremely professional they know what theyre doing and give advice on anything including piercings and cover ups. They were all welcoming and helpful. I had my tattoo done by Jacob. I found him on Instagram and drove from over an hour away just to get some artwork from him. Hes legit the only artist that does the type of style I like and could never find from someone else. He was nice and easy to work with and drew up exactly what I wanted. I love my piece and will definitely be coming back to get more done! Im never going anywhere else. The guys here have many artist with different varieties in style, so youll have no problem working with an artist who can give you exactly what you want!

Best experience ever! The excellent artists at Terminus City Tattoo are the only artists Ill let work on me. Theyve done all 6 of mine - Shanes done all the large, intricate color-soaked pieces, and Jeff has handled some of the smaller stuff. I have never been disappointed, and I already have plans for my next big piece - now I just have to find some time on Shanes busy calendar! The shop is immaculate, colorful and fun - I had no hesitation bringing my daughters with me on occasion. In fact, on Grand Opening weekend my oldest daughter, her two friends and I all went down and got tattoos from the crew! They took amazing care of all of us and it was a great time! Highly, highly recommended.

If I could give them 10 stars I would!! I walked in at 215pm on a Sunday afternoon and needed 2 piercings. Jennifer was the piercing specialist and she is AMAZING!!! She took me right back with no wait. She was so kind and took care of me. She talked to me the whole time and really wanted me satisfied with my experience and I definitely am. Jennifer was even nice enough to change out another one of piercings that Ive had for awhile. I drove over an hour to come here because I read all the wonderful reviews. They are everything that everyone has said and more, I will be back and send everyone that I know interested in piercings or body art! Thanks so much! You have a customer for life! :)

My experience here far exceeded anything I had hoped for. It couldnt have been a friendlier environment and everyone here obviously takes a lot of integrity in their work. The artists as a whole hit a large enough range of tattoo styles that they could custom design most anything, and Shanes unique style is hard to overlook. He was very open to my ideas and any changes I wanted to make, and attentive enough with the placement to have everyone double check it. Its easy to sit back and trust the artists here when they show so much care in every step of the process. Theyre all really cool and talented people, and I dont think any other shop will live up to this one for me!
