Stopped by this morning for a few glazed doughnuts since the hot light was on. The promo signs for the caramel mocha looked SO GOOD. So, I decided to get an iced one. Major disappointment! :( It tasted like bitter coffee. Not even the slightest hint of caramel! The more I sipped the more disappointed I became. I called and spoke with someone named Megan. I told her I dont believe my iced caramel mocha was made correctly and explained why (tastes bitter, no caramel taste, doesnt resemble pic, etc). She says well employees are being trained, learning how to make it. I am like o...k. thinking that is no excuse. If no one knows how to make the drink well, 1) do not advertise it... or 2) say no one knows how to make the drink youve ordered! Never once did she apologize (not that it was her fault because she didnt make it but still...that is customer service 101). No offer to come back and have someone else attempt to make it better...nothing! Then had the nerve to say at the end of the call "you have a great rest of your day"...I knew I should have stuck with Starbucks! Their caramel macchiato and the caramel waffle cone frap is LEVELS above. Smooth, delocious caramel flavor in every sip!!!And I would not have mind paying the extra! Rusna made my iced "caramel" mocha. She was sweet and nice but needs proper training to make a delicious iced CARAMEL mocha! Tips: 1) Apologize when the customer isnt satisfied. 2) Offer to make it right and/or offer a refund! Oh...and when I told her that there looked like a fudge layer on bottom, she told me she probably didnt stir it well. Lame excuse after lame excuse. Take a look at their posters and online. This didnt even look remotely close to begin with. However, I do know advertising never looks like the real thing you get BUT at least make it taste good! No more drinks for me from Krispy Kreme. Jokes on me: should have stuck with what they are best known for: doughnuts!

This. location. is. SO. sad. I came to the drive thru at 10pm on a Tuesday and a young guy took my order. I ordered a dozen glazed, and 2 watermelon chillers. He said "what size" I said "small." He says "okay, pull up to the window for your order." There were 2 cars in front of me, so I couldnt pull up, so I was forced to listen to his whole conversation through the drive-thru speaker because he didnt turn his headset off after he took my order. I get to the window, and a girl (I believe she had some red in her hair, but I cant remember) opens the window and says "what was your order?" already, Im wondering what the hell. So I tell her I had a dozen glazed, and 2 watermelon chillers. She gets my donuts and comes back to the window and says "what size?" I say "small." Im a little annoyed and confused as to why I had to even bother with the drive thru speaker when I had to go through the same process again when I got to the window. Its not like their system was down, because the guy would have told me before he took my order. so the girl comes back and says my total is $11.11. She hands me my donuts, then hands me ONE DRINK and says "thank you." By this point Im over it. so so over it. how is it that I ordered from TWO people, and told them both that I wanted TWO drinks, and still only ended up with one. & I told her again it was supposed to be 2 drinks, but I was so damn over it, I just told her "nevermind" & this broad closed the window and walked away. -_- no "Im sorry about that!" No "are you sure you dont want the second one?!" Nothing. She just walked away like whatever. Pretty sure this location is losing potential profit due to the suckiness of their staff. 1st time AND last.

I just left at 1:30 am Saturday it was not a good experience. the guy taking my order was super impatient and rude with me after we ordered he didnt turn the mic off so I could hear him talking to the person 2 cars up. they had a 1/2 dozen assorted but apparently after 11 nothing new is made and they were out of almost everything so it was difficult for the customer to order, the guy was talking to them extremely rude and at one point made a comment about them being brain dead. I mean if you cant handle the stress change jobs. we finally got to the window 15min after placing our order for 1 dozen glazed and surprise surprise it is not ready. I mean my goodness man that should of been done. I saw some guy texting and a lady have us the food so someone could of boxed the order in the last 15 min while we waited. whats worse is there was no apology for the wait or anything, also the doughnuts were extra cold and not really softhe like they should be. Im not sure Ill be back here after dark again. you guys get 2 stars only for past experience during the day time.

Im kinda disappointed about the service and the product last night. (02/29/2016). It was around 8 pm, 1 manager and around 5 persons working. We got there, most of the workers went to the window, manager maintain her self busy, one of them, say: I will be back with you guys. He had to bring some doughnuts for some car outside. The other workers or manager, didnt offer help. I thought that she will take over at the register cashier or help us.She just washed her hands, but didnt move from there. By then we were 4 costumers, the guys came back and start helping us. It is very disappointing that the costumer service is going down hill very fast. Then when I open the doughnut box, they look like onion rings. By then I was home. 30 minutes away. My friend called in the morning and the manager answering the phone was doing something else apparently, not paying attention to what my friend was saying. I hope that this store do not turn like the one in Down Town Atlanta, but it looks like is going on that direction. Sad.

Best Krispy Kreme in town! The staff members here are super-friendly, patient & knowledgeable (of the rewards app, current promotions, etc., not just of the product). Usually, there are samples of promoted donuts & specialty coffees to try. They carry lots of kitschy "Krispy Kreme" branded merchandise, ie tie-dye T-shirts, hats, Ray Ban-style sunglasses & of course, mugs galore. Theres also a selection of pre-packaged classic donut items & coffee. Its clean, bright, maintained & their WiFi is fast. Theres traditional table/hi-top/sofa choices for indoor seating & umbrella-shaded seating outdoors. My son loves watching the donuts being made. Who doesnt? They serve, hands down, The Best Donut, ever. We have yet to have a less-than-great experience here. When that "Hot Donuts Now" sign is lit, it takes some restraint not to stop by. Even if there is a wait, I dont mind & theyre usually the ones who end up waiting on us to decide, because their selection is so great :)

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I visited Krispy Kremes Duluth, Ga. store on September 8th 2016 a little before 5 p.m.. Ive been on a health kick for the better part of two years. So I decided to treat myself. The doughnuts were good the service...not even close. The teenage girl ignored me for about five minutes! Im thinking shes taking care of a customer but, she was actually talking to her friend while I stand there! Then finally she takes my order. She never came back because she was too busy taking selfies with her friend. The only bright spot was the young man came over from the drive thru and took care of me. Apparently, he was the only that realized he was supposed to be working. I will NEVER go back to that store next time I get a craving for Krispy Kreme. I hate how you force me to give you at least one star when you dont deserve it. Well, the one star can be for the young man who helped me.
