I unfortunately have had the displeasure of working for Sterling Organization on an upfit of their property on Milton Road in Charlotte, NC. They happily accepted our proposal for renovations that allowed them to lease a large office space for a temporary Charter School. Since we completed the work in October (and the tenants moved in) they have paid us less than half of the amount we are owed, the local office doesnt return my emails and the home office AP contact would like to pay me in full but it is not up to him. He says it is a cash flow issue rather than the desire to pay! At the time we accepted the job they did not ask for terms or inform us of any cash flow issues. I would think if you can make 52M dollar deals for shopping malls you could raise $150,000.00 pay the invoice for work done well by a local small business. Even though I expressed the difficulty they are causing us (cashflow issues!!!) and let them know we have paid out all labor and materials for doing this work they still will not remit the total balance. I would recommend anyone think twice before doing business or leasing from The Sterling Organization. I ONLY selected the one star because it will not post otherwise!

This mall, once one of the premier shopping centers of Atlanta in its heyday, has been in steady decline for the past two decades despite several renovations. In these times the mall has the look and feel of a third world flea market, with considerable vacancies and emphasis upon secondhand discount stores. While such was perhaps inevitable, given that the Age of the American shopping mall is drawing to a close, this mall has clearly outlived its usefulness and needs to give way to a complete redevelopment. Do not bother visiting, unless you are are remaindered bargain hunter or wish to spend a couple of hours watching a movie in the second rate AMC theater.

Another one of the areas legacy malls. While it has some of the staple stores, like Marshalls, its a lot of niche local businesses, selling art or random services. This is one of those places you go to in order to learn what its about, but not quite a place you will go to often. You can tell that its losing business since, when I went, the AC was turned off outside of the tenant stores. I imagine they need to cut costs in the most obvious areas. If youre an avid shopper, I still recommend the North Dekalb Mall for some decent deals and rare goods.

By the few times we went to this mall, I will say that is nothing special at all, most of the stores are vacant or close, no a lot of people going there. The only time I went there is just to look on either Ross or Macys and even so, no many people go there. very empty hallways, no much to see there,, the only thing that go for is the AMC movie theater, and that our main reason to go to this mall. Honestly, I dont think is worth going there unless you are into empty/abandoned malls thingy.

This mall is dead. Popular mall stores started pulling out over a decade ago. Since then its been a general slide downwards leaving discount stores and those that seek the resulting lower lease fees. Likely the only thing that could save this mall is a major redevelopment to include stores that are resilient to Amazon. Consequently theres plenty of parking. And its not crowded. If the store you want is there, it may be better than battling with a busy mall.

I love North DeKalb movie theater. But its a couple things they can approve them like keeping the place clean rights when you purchase food at is so disgusting it makes you dont want to purchase any food so I didnt I seen 8 to 9 people standing around doing their job but no one was cleaning up popcorn all over the floor Drink Machine and all sticky drink all over the floor where you get the Scrolls and leads from you havent seen a hot rag in a couple days

A quiet place with limited outlets but well maintained at the same time. Dont come here to eat coz it doesnt offer many options but yeah you could find anything to everything if you need to buy and a quite place to visit when you have absolutely nothing to do. AMC Theatre is what you could look for and almost all food chains are nearby. A lil art place is my favorite in this mall and the African store that sells excellent African and Indian fragrances !

Went to Bed, Bath & Beyond! I couldnt find it at first and saw a young lady walking towards me. I asked her where it was, and before I got it out I saw she had on a BBB smock. We laughed. She gave me great directions to the store. Was helped immediately by a lovely lady when I entered the store. She answered my questions, showed me products, we joked around until I left the store. Great experience! Will return for future shopping!

I enjoyed the Mall of Georgia. Pretty much any store you can name, the food court was good enough that we had lunch there. Not sure exactly how many stores are in the mall but including the mall and immediate surrounding area, there must be well over 100. The stores we visited had friendly people working there and except for an extended wait to check out in a Pennys store it was great fun. A definite go see from us on this one.

A rapidly declining mall in a decent area. There are plans to redevelop it and possibly add a Costco. Aside from A nice Burlington Coat Factory , Marshals, GNC and Bath and Body Works most national chains have left. Macys and Rosss are are the latest large stores to leave, although an AMC theater remains. It feels safe, and is reasonably well maintained although needs remodeled and retenanted if its not redeveloped

This mall is pretty decent. It has a large selection of stores and isnt as crowded as other shopping malls. The only thing we dont like is that this mall has barely had a renovation done. Based on the website, the only decent renovation being made is a Dollar Tree store. Also, its been a bit of a struggle to watch a movie at the AMC Theater. Often it can be cold in there on certain days. The seats, however, are comfy.

I remember in my youth how this mall was bustling with business. Now it is a sad reminder that a lot of the malls across America are dying out. Most of the stores have closed and before long this place will be completely shuttered. Oh and heres an interesting tidbit: most malls that end up closing will usually have a Bath & Body works still hanging on until the last minute, just like North DeKalb.

The mall itself is quite disappointing. The only redeeming quality, to me, is the movie theater. The AMC North Dekalb Mall theater is one of the cheapest Ive ever been to for tickets and they play newly released movies as well. But the mall that houses it is on its last legs, and if rumors are to be believed, its going to be torn down soon and replaced with a Costco. Guess well see how things go.

Es un lugar con historia...venido a menos pero vigente...con ganas de volver a relucir, cuenta con cines, oficina de correo, banco y tiendas departamentales...acogedor y tranquilo..
