Atlantic station is pretty okay for being one of the closest things to a mall within metro Atlanta, but its really not as great as a lot of people make it seem. Parking is free for the first hour, and afterwards, much like everything else here, its very expensive. Movies here are now basically $10, and on top of that they took off student discounts on Fridays and Saturdays, as if they werent ripping you off enough already. That aside, there are a few good, albeit expensive, places here, among them restaurants, clothing stores, and other shops. Also, on some weekends they have a lot of tents set up with people selling art, clothes, and other trinkets, which is an interesting sight but there usually isnt anything worth getting. All in all, this place is okay for when you want to go out and just want something close to the city, but I dont particularly come here much anymore, as its too expensive for what little it offers.

Went to a 3:55 pm showing of 70mm Hateful 8. Roasted in theatre, WAY understaffed, employees rude and could care less. Ten registers and only two open. 50 people waiting. Took twenty minutes to spend $42 on popcorn and drinks. Employees shuffling around like no one was there. Ticket taker rolled her eyes and yawned in my face. The movie was fantastic. Picture and sound superb. When it was over we couldnt get out of the theatre. Crowd control was a joke. Manager was busy keeping folks from sneaking in back door while hundreds tried to get through one lane in the hall. Good thing there wasnt an emergency or youd be reading about all the people who were trampled. Fire Marshall needs to visit.

Came here for a date to the Bodies Exhibit. If you are planning on using the underground parking deck, get there early so you can figure out where you need to go! Was very confusing at first. Enjoyed dinner at The Pig and Pearl. The green space in the center of Atlantic Station was a great place to sit and talk. Kids had an astro-terf space to play on while parents lined the perimeter. Security guard had to clear everyone out at 10:15pm because the area was closing for the night. There are strict curfew rules that appear to be enforced as much as possible. Heavy security presence monitoring traffic flow and crowd control. Its a nice place that does have a slight "fake" feel.

If you live here fine. If you dont no reason to visit. Its basically an outdoor shipping mall only with lessor stores than most shopping malls. Also you have to pay for parking though if you are 2 hours or less it is free. That said the underground packing deck is a city onto itself with a ton of reserved/visitor parking. Got luck getting to anything and out of the parking deck in less than 2 hours. Also, dont park where you shouldnt--you car will be booted. There are better shopping and dining options in metro Atlanta for those of us who do not live in Atlantic station.

This is Atlantas weirdest shopping area...If the purpose of Atlantic Station is to provide downtown and midtown residents a shopping district without having to drive into Buckhead for Lenox or Phiops, then this place definitely needs more shops and cheaper parking. The underground garage is cramped and its difficult to navigate to stores when you are literally trekking below them. Restaurants seem to be decent, but I dont typically go to malls just to eat at a restaurant. I love the concept of Atlantic Station, but the execution just doesnt cut it for some reason.

Atlantic Station is, in many ways, one of the most enjoyable parts of Atlanta. There is an inordinate amount to do in an area well-suited to pedestrians, with an expanse of parking underneath to accommodate even the busiest weekends. Theres a theater, a ton of shops, restaurants, and other fun things to do. The only drawback, and the reason I docked one star, is prices. Presumably, the high lease prices have forced the businesses hands, and they arent really to blame, but if youre on a budget, there are plenty of areas around town that are far cheaper.

I love Atlantic Station. My favorite time is dusk in the summer time, when the music is playing from the Bose speakers hidden in the shrubs and the lights come on. Its almost like a mini Disneyworld inside Atlanta, haha. The security guards keep any shenanigans from happening and it feels very safe. One of the best things is that it is not stressful to park here, and I think thats one reason why its done so well. You get 2 free hours of parking and another 2 hrs if you are going to the movie theater (so 4 hrs free total if youre going to a movie!).

Worst place ever! DO NOT LIVE HERE! 7 days a week Atlantic Station wakes up all its residents with the loudest street cleaner they could possibly find. Ive talked to Atlantic Station management and they couldnt care less. This is the worst place to live. If you enjoy sleep and sleeping in on the weekends do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can the other way. Living here is the biggest mistake ever made and my lease could not end soon enough. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! ATLANTIC STATION DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYONE!

Atlantic Station was built to be an all-in-one live/shop/work/play mega-complex a stones throw from Midtown, but nearly a decade later, it still hasnt quite caught on. Turns out Atlantans dont seem to find high rent, mediocre shop selections, overpriced food, draconian management, empty promises, and inconvenient locations with miserable transit access all that appealing. Whodve thought?! Its not a bad place to kill some time, pick up some necessities, or catch a movie if youre in the area, but its no destination.

You have the option of parking on the street or using the underground parking garage; street parking is good if youre only planning on staying for a limited amount of time, while the garage is more economical if youre planning on being there for a while. Great variety of stores, restaurants and other shops to choose from; theres also a L.A. Fitness center and a movie theater on site. Music is pumped out of speakers outdoors so you can enjoy music as you walk. Upscale shopping, but not so high that its ridiculous.

Since my office is located on site, its a little difficult to feel the love. Atlantic Station is best for those out-of-towners looking for a one stop shop for food, entertainment and dining. But if you are here dailiy, your meal options will add up ($$$) pretty fast. Parking can be problematic if you dont arrive early enough and the loose bricks make it difficult to get around safely in heels. I like the concept, but if I had a choice I wouldnt be here more than 2-3 times a week.

Cool spot to visit. Lots of restaurants and stores. This place is usually swirling with trendy people interested in good entertainment. Atlantic station has a little something for everyone. There is a nice little park to sit out and relax. Sometimes there are movies and events on the green throughout the yr. There is a kiddie train the goes thru sometimes. Most of all of your familiar name brand stores and shops. There is even a movie theater and gym. Cool spot check it out.

Very cool shopping/entertainment/housing neighborhood! Many stores, restaurants, and apartments nestled into a tight, planned city center with huge multilevel garage underneath. You can spend a entire day here shopping, dining, and catching a movie afterwards. As expected, rent is high, but the location relative to the heart of midtown and the unique planned landscape of the pedestrian streets is unique and awesome! Feels like this sort of planned community is the future.
