Me and my wife have been fond of going to Ross over the pass several years, enjoy the great savings and the unique items we can always find, but unfortunately we will never probably go back to Ross again from the service my wife received. Me and my wife have a three month old and me working 50-60 hours a week I am not always around to help with errands, so when my wife needed a dress and went to our local store In Conyers, Georgia she received horrible service. This was the first time she has gone out by herself since our daughter was born, so out looking for a dress she went to try it on and was stopped and told by an employee she could not bring our daughter back to the fitting room, when my wife explained that she was by herself the associate insisted on informing her " you could take her back there but you have to leave the stroller" my daughter is three years old she doesnt have the muscle strength to hold her self up so she has to be held. All the associate could say was sorry thats company policy. As being an assistant manager in retail sales I can understand following company policies, but I also think as human beings we can make exceptions especially when my wife offered to have her check the stroller so they knew she was stealing anything. I personally found this very unsettling and discriminating against women with children, and will never have business with Ross again.

Very messy couldnt really find things where they should be. The restroom had no toilet paper I ask for some and the girl was nice to call the janitor to get some and she was rude. She just stuck the roll in the doors and walked out. The line to the register was fast but once it was our turn the girl said they had no bags. So we had to carry all our things to the car since there wagons cant leave the store. Very inconvenience

Poor or no customer service pass initial greetings. Employees really do not enjoy their jobs. They dont even carry approiate size bags to carry your purchases in. Only one size for everything. Ridiculous!

If you want quality clothes at a low price check out Ross. The store is nothing special to comment about, but you can find some gems with a little patience.
