We have been Krispy Kreme fans for decades but thought we should make you aware of our last 2 visits to your Mall of Georgia location. We were shocked & dissatisfied not only with the service we received but with the donuts as well. In Oct, we visited to take advantage of the Halloween monster doughnuts being advertised one Saturday afternoon-we arrived to find the shop sadly disorganized with few doughnuts & only 4 girls working-not only were the TWO MONSTER DOUGHNUTS remaining in the shop stale but the girls working did not know how to make iced lattes. We returned yesterday at approximately 6 PM to purchase a dozen donuts. We went through drive-through (there were several cars infornt of us and behind) &ordered a half dozen glazed & a half dozen vanilla cream filled; first we were told there would be a 15 minute wait for the glazed, then after agreeing to wait we were told they were out of cream filled, as well. I can assure you, We were not the only ones who canceled our orders, &drove away empty-handed. UNACCEPTABLE! Awful customer service. We gave them a second chance and they still failed to meet our needs. Dunkin Donuts just gained some new customers.

If you need anything more than a hot donut, do NOT go here. The staff is unprofessional and has NO idea how to make a drink. The LATTE MACHINE (WHICH INCLUDES ALL espresso drinks/shots) has been broken for a whole month. I called in today and talked to someone this morning that told me it was working, BIG MISTAKE. When I was given my room temperature "latte" I had a feeling it was off. The lady acted like she had no idea anything was out of the ordinary. So I made her make me a coffee, she didnt even offer a refund, and the Latte is a few bucks more than the coffee. LAST WEEK when I came through they tried to put whipped creme on a coffee and pass it off for an Original Kreme Latte... LIKE I WOULDNT NOTICE. YALL NEED TO SHUT DOWN AND STOP DISCREDITING KRISPY KREME. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK BUT INSTEAD I DECIDED TO WRITE A REVIEW AND PUT YALL ON BLAST. THANKS FOR THE MULTIPLE BAD EXPERIENCES. I WILL BE GETTING MY COFFEE ANYWHERE BUT HERE FROM THIS DAY FORWARD. ZERO HOSPITALITY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN AND YOU WILL BE DOING WHAT I AM DOING RIGHT NOW.

The service here is always unimpressive. Orders taken incorrectly, lack of knowledge about pricing, inexperience with the cash register and disaffected attitude. However, the donuts themselves are consistently good and rarely out of stock (contrast with the average Dunkin Donuts shop, where supplies are limited after the morning rush and the donuts are just OK). If theyd even occasionally just smile here, Id bump it up to 4 stars, but that seems to be the missing page in the employee manual. Today, the weird unfriendly thing was the unavailability of the summer promo donut hole sand bucket. Rather, the problem was that they were sitting all around the counter, but apparently I couldnt buy it anymore. Sorry, what? I guess shipping them back to corporate or wherever is a better option than selling them to a customer. Its weird things like this that earn the Buford, GA location a reputation for bad service.

My sister and I waited 1 and a half HOURS to get two dozen glazed on the 80¢ deal. The employees work incredibly slow and slack off. It was hot inside, and one young kid had already fainted from the heat. Yet, no employees offered customers water. Another 45 minutes goes by before my sister fainted on the floor. Luckily one employee gave her a cold rag and cup of water. However, another customer grabbed an orange juice to give to my sister for blood sugar. After all that time, and even after my 13 year old sister passed out- the employees still charged me for the drink that I didnt even pick off the shelf. Customer service sucks, work ethic sucks, the place just sucks. Used to love Krispy Kreme, but I will never spend my money here again. And you can bet none of my friends and associates will either.

This is twice we have came to this store and were out of doughnuts. The 1st time they were out of glazed and told me it would at an hour before they would be done. Acted like they didnt care. Asked to speak to a manager and told there was not one there. didnt go back for a couple of months. Went this morning and they had the glazed but nothing else. A lot of customers were upset because of this. Asked again for a manager and of course wasnt one there. The people behind the counter were rude and didnt care. Krispy Kreme has lost my business. I will be going to Dunkin Donuts and eat the frozen donuts. At least they have plenty of doughnuts. There is a major problem at this stores management or upper management. No one seems like they care.

Honestly they need to diversify the staff. No one seems to care about working there. They should just start over with all new staff. Stop hiring just anyone. Pay more and get better employees. They are the extension of your brand. Right now I walk in there and I get I vibe that whom ever owns this place doesnt car who represents them. Thats why sales suffer and thats why Krispy Kreme is having to close locations. What ever you are doing with your staff is all wrong. Whats funny is that the product is awesome. Bought two dozen donuts the other day and they had no powdered donuts at all. Its sad, when it first opened this place was great. Back to Starbucks where they invest in their employees.

Service was unbelievably slow. Staff looked under the influence of drugs. They didnt care about you or your order. There was 3 people in front of me and it took 15 minutes to get to my order. Of the 5 employees, one was doing his job decently although still excruciatingly slow. It took them 7 minutes to put 3 donuts into a bag and make a small coffee and water cup. By the time I left there was a 15 person line behind me. I will never come back to this place and I encourage you to stay away. This place will ruin your day. This incident occurred between 3:00-3:30 Sunday June 19, 2016. I hope this review makes an impact as this was simply unacceptable.

The last 3 times Ive been theyve been out certain flavors of donuts. Last time I they were out of about 5 kinds. Thats about half of the menu! This time I didnt order has many different kinds but they were out of original. They also removes the blueberry from the menu completely. That was our family favorite. The staff is very unprofessional. Its run by a bunch of 15 year old who could care less about whether or not they get your order correct. They are very impatient at the drive through. Youd think theyd be a little patient with you since they are out of half the menu but nope ... just as rude as always.

This location needs to learn how to order and prepare donuts and apple fritters for their morning rush. Ive gone to this Krispy Kreme 4 times in search of an apple fritter and each time come up empty handed. Once, the cashier thought I said 3 glazed when I said 3 apple fritters. Im not sure how the transmission became garbled to that extent, but it did make me wait in a line for NOTHING. This is unacceptable customer service. If you dont want to order and prepare enough donuts, TAKE THEM OFF THE MENU.
