Ive added a photo for better understanding. I ordered a Frozen Lemonade with Raspberry flavor add in. Per the Sonic Menu board, one add in is included. However, I was charged 30¢ Now, Im not raving about the 30¢ I simply wanted to understand why I was charged if I misunderstood what was printed on the Menu. The car hop had no answer for me. Her response was "Thats a good question. Let me ask my GM" His explanation (poorly made up) was that the free add in was the "lemonade" flavor in the Frozen Lemonade or Limeade. So, as my intelligence would have it, I asked what is the Frozen slush without the Lemonade or Limeade flavor. He said just sugary slush...I wanted him to know how ridiculous that sounded. I said to him he was a liar, that made no sense but Im not going to argue over 30¢ So, where I frequent this store for a Route 44 Raspberry Lemonade that I DO pay the extra 30¢ for, I wont be back again because the GM is an insensitive prick that cant come up with a good enough excuse as to why the menu board says one thing and yet they do another. How much free money would I give away if every where I went I disregarded an extra .10, .20 or .30!!

Used the website to find the nearest Sonic for shakes while traveling on 95. Ordered two chicken sandwiches, rings, tots, and tried to order two shakes. They informed us they couldnt make any "dairy based drink". We were discussing what to order instead and they came back to say they could make one blast. One? Why? Ok... So we split a cookie dough blast. We got the order, headed back to 95, and discovered we got a double burger instead of one of our sandwiches. When we went to eat the blast, it was FULL of white, red, and green strings. We called the store to complain and they said it was probably from them not cleaning off the blender in between orders. Couple of questions: 1- How could you only make one "dairy-based" item? 2- Do you not check the order before putting it in the bag? 3-"I assume our staff has poor cleaning habits with appliances that handle dairy" is an appropriate conclusion you should relay to the customer? 4- How long ago did you make the last blast on that machine? Also, your bathroom is disgusting. Pros- onion rings and tots were hot.

An angry customer returned and parked next to us and while the 3 irate people in the car cursed and yelled at the manager, for 8 minutes, we were unable to place an order. Once the manager walked away from the cursing and back into the restaurant we were still unable to place an order. We had to wait a total of 23 minutes to place our order. Once our order was placed it took nearly as long to receive the order. I feel that this location would benefit from hiring more workers as that is why the other customer returned to yell about. I could handle the waiting because I like sonic and my daughter wanted a milkshake but the foul language was not appreciated with a small child in the car. Moving did not really help drown it out either.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! My family and I ordered 4 combo meals. The waitress brought the food out to the table and said, "here you can keep the tray" because she didnt want to hand out the food, forgot a drink and dipping sauce for tenders and mozzarella sticks. She took my $ and didnt ask if I wanted change so I assumed she was keeping it for a tip. When we asked for Ketchup she brought us FOUR packs!!!???!!! Lastly, brought my change when we were almost finished eating. The food was like most Sonics but the drinks, which was the main reason we went, was not up to par at all. We were staying on the island and drove in just for Sonic...NEVER AGAIN!!

I went to Sonic because I was craving their food and hadnt eaten at Sonic in awhile. Well, after eating at this one, I wont be eating at Sonic for an even longer time than before. It took them well over 20 minutes for a very simple order, and I was the only customer at the time. And then, apparently none of the card readers worked, so they took my card and went to almost every machine in the parking lot trying to swipe it to see if it would work. The girl working was the manager and she was so rude and obviously didnt want to be there serving food. She never said please or thank you. Actually she never said anything at all.

Went for some dessert this evening..ugh. I had to repeat each item in the order (there were 4) three times each and then the order a second time. When we received the shakes and sundae, after a longer than normal wait ( while we were the only car) they were half melted and we had no spoons or straws. The change was incorrect ( gave 20.12 for 13.12 bill). Carhop seemed confused when I brought it to her attention, made a trip back for the extra dollar and still no straws or spoons. When we got the, now soup, shakes home..they had put pineapple in my daughters chocolate shake. Unbelievably horrible tonight.

I love taking the grandkids here, as we can sit in the car order our food an pay right at the speaker box. An with little ones its harder to take them in an out of car seats.. An then if ya go during happy hour which is between 4-6 pm all drinks are half price. We always get ice cream afterwards. Plus I make it fun by playing memory games with them.. So its entertainment an well as good eats . My personal favorite is the foot long chili cheese dog.. You can add anything on it at no extra cost. This place is good for a family on a budget or just a family outing...

Wel, Im here now and this is the third time Ive pressed the order button trying to order (after the first two were completely ignored) and now Ive been told to wait. Update: When she finally did take my order, she had to ask whether or not I was in the drive-through and what my stall number was once I told her I wasnt. Something must be wrong with their system, but this is definitely the slowest service Ive recieved at a Sonic. Dont come here if youre looking for "fast" fast food. lol. And whats worse is next to no one is here right now. Its after 2pm.

Just tried going through the driveway at 9:59pm. Voice comes over the speaker immediately and says were closed. All the lights were on and 2 sets of cars were parked and waiting on food. I asked what time they close cause to my knowledge its always been 11pm. I got no response. All I wanted was a drink. This is the reason why this place struggles. If they close at 10pm I surely would understand. Its been a year since I had been there for similar reasons it will probably be another year now if ever this time.

This place sucks and Ive lived here my whole life. Everyone has an attitude problem. They act like youre in the wrong for making them do their job. The "franchise" closes at 12, but dont go there anytime after 11 because thats when "they" close. I bet they just close at 11 to get that extra hour til 12 for free and dont have to do any work. Training there must be such a joke. "Here Ill train you to be slack and do as minimal as possible" Corporate definitely needs to come revamp this joke of a Sonic.
