I went to purchase doughnuts today for the .80 cent dozen special. Everything was fine until after waiting 45 minutes in drivethru still not receiving our doughnuts yet we turn the corner to the ordering station and the security guard is having conversation with a man in a white jeep and attempting to ask waiting customers to allow him to cut line. Then the manager of the store comes out and is allowing it to happen. When we tell them that they are wrong for doing it and we take pictures they tell us thats not necessary! It is necessary when someone cuts line that came through the other direction with complete disregard for all of the other cars waiting. The line was going one way with at least 20 cars or more behind us. We arrived at 6:45 and we finally got our doughnuts at 8:15pm

Green, my favorite color and Krispy Kreme doughnuts (umm so good). I saw the advertisement for green doughnuts and I was sold. I waited in the drive through on St. Patricks Day just for green doughnuts for at least 10mins, got to the speaker to order and found out it would be another 45mins before another set of green doughnuts would be up. So I ordered an apple fritter and had to wait in the drive through line for another 10mins to get an apple fritter and found out from the cashier at the window the green doughnuts were ready. So I ordered 2 dozen HOT green doughnuts and enjoyed only a few and shared the rest.

Go somewhere else for a large order! I called on Tuesday for 20 dozen to pick up on Wednesday morning. Wasnt ready. Okay I came back on Friday calling at 6 am for pickup in 45 mins. When I get here they started preparing my damn order. Completely wasted my time as they only had 10 dozen. By the time I wouldve gotten the next batch my drivers wouldve been already gone. They are completely unorganized and you can see them arguing in the back. I wont come back here again.

Krispy Kreme has been around since I was a kid and I STILL get excited when I see the Hot Now sign. Never have I been disappointed w/this place. The doughnuts keep well even after my frantic rush for fresh hot doughnuts. Sign up on their website for free donut offers…youll thank me later. And dont forget to look out for fundraisers that offer Krispy Kreme cards….they make excellent gifts or keep them for yourself to redeem for family or work gatherings.

i have no place being here but the red light hypnotizes me. i swear i will be minding my business when all of a sudden my feet just start moving in the direction of the red light. i end up inhaling two doughnuts feeling guilty whilst going for a third. i sip on the hot coffee and a doughnut on some mornings on the way to work. the children love the smell then immediately ask why i smell all krispy.

Who doesnt like Krispy Kreme. And its fun watching the donut factory roll them out. This location is an easy walk from the Marta train that goes directly to the airport or downtown. That said, however, the neighborhood, while generally safe, can be intimidating if youre not familiar with the area. So consider going during the daytime if youre taking public transit and not driving

Donuts were great but didnt like that one of the seniors that was with my group could not eat her salad. The security officer took great joy in stating that her small salad was not allowed even though we were making a decent size purchase here for our womens ministry group and our mens group comes here often as well. I wont be back any time soon.

Theyre definitely on to something here. Unlike other fast-food establishments, the elders have the youngsters in check. Very polite and courteous service. Coffee was great and doughnuts fresh! This place is the embodiment of Black America during the 60s and 70s. Thank you for taking me back to the good ole days.

Hot sign on..cashier takes order saying hot doughnuts may I take your order please..yet give me COLD doughnuts!! When asked about hot doughnuts, she responds "oh we just have COLD FRESH Doughnuts"..wth?!?!? Turn your HOT sign OFF and stop wasting my time..I could have went to Krogers for cold doughnuts!!!

Hard old donuts....now went back there after 2 weeks ...same thing..donuts were like eating bricks...been going to this ponce location since l was 3 years old ...55 years and they were always great when they only had a few choices...l am going to try there one more time next week and will follow up later

They messed up the doughnuts one day. Frosting for glaze was too thin. Then, after agreeing to give me better product the service sucked. Though they was under manned at the time, they didnt explain so. This lead to a long, long wait. On top of that they acted like that was normal. SMFH!

Donuts are good. But Ive been trapped in the drive thru for 30 mins (and was late to work!) because there isnt a way to exit once in the line. And when I got to the window all I heard was "sorry for the delay." 5 mins in a drive thru is a delay

They say they open at 5:30... Wellllll they dont go by the time of the world she said.... We go by the time in here.... Waited and it was horrible... Should have went 2 Ponce like I planned 2 begin with!!!!& The hot sign wasnt on!!! Ughhh!!!

The doughnuts are always good (of course). The building is nice, but it gets so hot in the summer because they do not have any way to cover the huge glass windows. Otherwise, a great place to sit and eat a fresh glazed donut!

They are THE WORST ! So unprofessional when it comes to customer service. The Assistant Manager Valencia Walton was very rude ! Im Never coming here again and I advice Everyone not to go to this location either its Horrible!

I experience my first "Flashing Red Light" U-turn at this Krispy Kreme, when my niece did a U-Turn when she passed this Krispy Kreme and saw the flashing red light. It means hot Krispy Kreme donuts, just out of the fryer.

I just left Krispy Kremes eight one of the donuts and its not even done yet. Got nothing but dough in my mouth. And I bought a whole box full. Very disappointed and very unsatisfied right now.

The HOT LIGHT ON but served cold DOUGHNUTS. The hot light is only on certain time of the day when people see the light on they want HOT DOUGHNUTS, we will not be back to that location.
