This has to be one of the worst coffee shops Ive ever been too. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone nor will I ever return. The customer in front of me ordered a chocolate chip cookie e along with her drink. The worker charges her and then tells her "oops thats not chocalate" The customer asked if she could have the chocolate scone instead. The worker charged her the difference. Thats poor service. Its not her fault youre out of the cookie after you sold it to her. Poor service. The next customer ordered a tea and a bagel. He gave her the tea but forgot her bagel. From the time I got in line to the time I got my cup of coffee I had waited 21 minutes. These people are not friendly and move so SLOW. This business will not last long running like this !

Practically a daily stop for us. Like a lot of other folks, I appreciate a good cup of coffee and have even developed a taste for the gourmet stuff. Well, I have to tell you, if you like Starbucks ... try Boston Stoker. Ill buy from Starbucks, Kobricks and some of those other places but when I have the choice, Ill drive a couple more miles for the difference. Theres just something that seems higher quality in the way Boston Stoker roasts their beans.

Went to this coffee shop with a colleague before catching a flight. The coffee area has plenty of seating options. It was very quiet when we were there (2:30pm on a Wednesday). I did feel a little bit like we were interrupting a conversation between the baristas when we approached the counter to order. Didnt necessarily get the warm-and-fuzzy feeling I usually get at coffee shops from the baristas. But the hot and iced coffees were both great!

There really are no coffee shops in downtown Dayton in which one can post up to study in. I would not recommend this place for anything but a quick take out. First of there are no free refills, they want 70% of the original price. Next music quite loud so you cant really concentrate and finally theres no free parking, only metered. I highly recommend you take yourself out of the area to a decent coffee shop like 4 Starters.

Reliably good coffee and a decent selection of tea, good customer service, and I have always been able to find a place to sit. Wifi is free, but not the greatest bandwidth. Since this coffee shop is in downtown, they dont stay open late, even though they are directly across from the Schuster Center, and might see some after-show business. Or maybe Id be the only one. :)

very poor coffee extraction from my double shot. Tamping was almost at a 30 degree angle resulting in an uneven and sour shot. Also not enough coffee was used in the portafilter. Good equipment doesnt cover up terrible technique.

Located conveniently in between Courthouse Square and the Schuster, this place has a warm, quiet atmosphere. Drinks are made to order and include smoothies and different coffees. They also offer a small selection of pastries.

Great coffee house in the immediate downtown area. Great to meet friends or coworkers. Great for holding a casual meeting. Now serving breakfast and lunch items in conjunction with Lilys Bistro.

I have been to this coffee shop twice and love it. I usually go to Starbucks a lot but Boston Stoker is a great little place and the drinks are excellent price wise for how much you get!

Changed alot in the past few months but still good coffee and relaxed atmosphere with good music overhead. Unfortunately not open as long as I wish and I miss the old decor.

Nice and quiet, and a good cup of coffee, would have given 5 stars but just a bit pricey on just a cup of coffee. Ill occasionally stop in, but not too often.
