Just went to get the $7 deal for lunch and had to wait while an employee behind the counter carried on a conversation with another employee on my side of the counter. I wasnt greeted or addressed in any way she just kept chatting about how life was hard and she was ready for her life to start, not the kind of crap a customer should have to listen to in an upscale grocery store. I had to wait while another employee finished helping his customer. The $7 deal apparently does not include the salmon and this wasnt told to me at all until I had to ask why it was $9 instead of $7. The chatty kathy then said very flatly she was sorry and she could switch it out but it was already boxed up and I had picked the sides to compliment the salmon. Not worth the overpriced wait.

Clean store, great for picking up lunch and specialty items. Best meat and seafood in Athens. Only downside is it can get a little pricey especially with their produce.

Cleanest grocery store around. Fresh fruits for the kids while Mom and/or Dad shop. Deli staff very friendly & helpful.
