This is my favorite place to acquire tasty adult beverages. It is very much worth the drive to this side of town from even a cost perspective, let alone the tremendous selection they offer. I have never once, not gone in to this place, to not only be able to find what I am looking for, but I always discover new things. The store is very well stocked and organized, Ive never had a situation where theyve been completely out of something. Even during the hard root beer craze, they always had it in stock, and in multiple brands. If it wasnt on the shelves, they had back stock to pull from up high and they will get it down for you. The employees are always super helpful as well, and most of them know their stuff. On occasion I have gone in with some want for a particular flavor, or type of thing I can describe to them. They always come through with finding something satisfying. I only wish there was on in our area of town, but that probably wont happen any time soon.

WORST keg reserve policy ever. I called multiple times in advance to try to reserve kegs for a birthday party with 75 people attending. They couldnt reserve it for me in advance over the phone due to a 2 day hold policy. Okay, I dont want to HOLD it, I want to reserve it for a specific date to make SURE that I will have a keg for this birthday party. "Sorry, not our policy, you can try the website". After trying the website several times and it not working properly, calling the store again, trying the website again, I decided to wait until the time they told me to call back within the 2 days prior to the event. And of course when I call back, theyre sold out. Total Wine, do you want my business or not? Apparently NOT, as I will never bring business to your store again.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They take time to ask you what youre looking for and will walk you through the store making recommendations. If you know what you are looking for, they happily point you in the right direction and do not pressure sales. I went with a friend that is extremely knowledgeable and it was impressive watching her discuss the flavor descriptions of what she was looking for. The Total Wine employee never missed a beat and took her through the store discussing his recommendations. When he couldnt answer her question because he hadnt tried that wine, he grabbed another employee that had. This location also sells liquor.

Just spoke with their wine representative, Becky. She was very informative and helpful when it came to selecting wines and estimating total amounts for our wedding reception! Highly recommend working with this location if youre in the Alpharetta area and need to order beer and wine for an event. OK and Im adding this to the review because I just had to call back with a couple questions (I threw a lot at Brent whom I spoke with) and he was juggling something else while answering all my questions clearly and concisely. So far this has been the easiest part of planning our wedding!! I really, really recommend this place!

Dropped in Thursday 5/19/16. Four Seasons small batch was on the shelf for $27.99. When I got to the check out it rang up as $30.99. I said to the girl serving that wasnt right so she went to check the price. She came back and said it was $29.99 and incorrectly marked. I then went to check myself, I know it was $27.99 rated 93pts on a green tag price with review. They had swapped the ticket from $27.99 to a white 29.99 tag and charged me $29.99. When I pointed out theyd just swapped the label they denied it! Its only $2, but the fact they did that and then lied about it, I wont be back!!

The store is run by a racist. His name is Harry Howing. Ive witness and have heard in conversation with him racist slurs against African-American people. I will not condone such intolerance. Today was the last straw. Corporate executives seem to condone the behavior as well. There is another cashier called patty who has used racial slurs as well. Avoid total wine dont support bigotry.

I typically only go here for the custom six-pack options and they have a pretty good amount of beer to choose from. I do wish theyd increase their selection, but honestly they have such a good selection of beers from around the world, I cant knock off a star for that. This place is big and has a lot to choose from. Its best to go around lunch on weekdays, Ive found, as it isnt busy.

Stopped here to load up for a tailgate before a concert. Must have been a special day, the store appeared filled with managers who were very friendly and customer oriented. Selection is as good as it gets for a liquor store: everything from your favorite daily brew to the most exclusive wines and spirits you can buy. You wont find cheaper prices either.

The company as a while is carrying fewer and fewer local products and more mass produced items, which suggests to a connoisseur of sorts that they like to do business with the bigger distributors, support AB-Inbev (which no self-respecting beer drinker does), and not support the local economy. Its ironic I used to call TW the Walmart of liquor stores...

Great selection of liquor. The employees are a big help in finding what you need and are friendly. I turned 21 not too long ago and got harassed at check out which made the review 3/5 stars. In a serious way, a manager was called over to look at my license and I was made to tell my zodiac sign!!! Ridiculous

Enormous selection of just about every wine, beer or spirit you can think of. They have recently expanded their craft beer selection. My only complaint is I wish more of it was cold. They hit all the price points from the cheap stuff to those with expensive tastes. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Otis never asks for my ID when shopping here. The one day i leave it behind he asks for it. Making a big deal out of me not having my ID like he has never seen me in this store before. Not having my ID sunday night (3 days ago) wasnt an issue when he wanted to join me for drinks.! Consistency is key.

There customer service is really bad And they should have a sign that say no ID no entry not let everyone and there friends come in the store then tell us you cant buy any thing cuz everyone dont have a ID.... Man Im not buying the person with the ID is I just came for the ride .... IJS

Huge selection of hard to find beer and wine. Staff is friendly and, in somewhat of a rare occurrence for retailers these days, they are actually familiar with the products they sell and can offer reliable advice on what to purchase based on your tastes.

For as big as the store is, the selection isnt very good. It appears they have a lot, but its mostly house brands (Total Wine Brands). Their prices are also quite a bit higher than most stores around Atlanta. Id dodge the mall traffic and shop elsewhere.

One of the widest selections of beer, wine and liquor in Georgia. Also carries a modest collection of quality cigars. If they dont have it, they say they can get it for you. Also can order online and then just pick-up in store...very handy.
