This place should really change their closing hours to 10:45. My roommates and I called before heading to this liquor store to make sure that they were open, someone answered the phone and put us on hold but never came back to the phone. We decided to go anyway since it said that they closed at 11. We pull up and see that the open sign is still out so we walked in. As soon as we walk in the guy lets us know that we only have "a few minutes because theyre closing soon", at this time it was 10:45. When we told him that we were just grabbing something really quickly since we knew what we wanted he said that we had to get it right now because they were technically closed already. Really confusing and obnoxious experience. So is your closing time 10:45 then? Im asking for a friend.

Whomever wrote the first review must own at one of the competing surrounding stores. Roswell Beverage has a huge selection of wine and liquor and the absolute largest selection of beer Ive ever known. The price on Liquor is very good. $38 for a 1.75 of Jack Daniels for example, that is $42+ everywhere else. Beer is moderate/fair priced. Not sure about wine as Im not a big buyer of that. Many times they have specials right in the front of the store. Like $12 for a 24 pack of Amstel Light cans or $8 for 750ml of flavored/seasonal Bacardi. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I shop here all the time and will continue to do so.

There is some mean lady who works on Friday...yelled at my 15 year old for picking up a $.99 bottle of vodka and reading the label while we are on line. I bought a case of wine a week later, the box SHE gave me broke and she then informed me how my lifting skills were inept. A month later she was berating some new employee because he wasnt familiar with the POS yet. Prices are fine, its convenient-but I dumped at least a couple of grand into that place and have really never been treated well. PUNT

Id give it a 3.75 out of 4. Its a good spot outside of the city for liquor, and the owner is SUPER knowledgable about what can and cant be gotten in the US. She definitely treats the higher spenders with better regard than regular customers, but the staff are super helpful regardless of whether you spend $25 or $2500. Good choice of spirits and beer. That said, I feel their wine selection is lacking. If they had a better wine selection, id go closer to a 4.5 out of 5.

Just bought a 1/2 gallon of vodka that wont open (the cap wont come off) and they wouldnt even exchange it for one that I can drink. What the hell is wrong with those people??? The owners daughter has absolutely no idea how to treat people in a customer environment. 1/2 gallon of vodka every week for some time...NEVER AGAIN!! I notice they commented on a positive review but ignore every negative one so obviously they just dont care.

Their prices are much higher than all their surrounding competition. As if that is not a big enough deterrent, they have the rudest employees I have ever encountered at any retail establishment. Poor customer service, rude employees and high prices - there is nothing to like about this place. I would rather never drink for the rest of my life than to shop at Roswell Beverage again.

I have been coming to the store for years and always had a good experience unfortunately today I was standing in line when the older white guy was speaking with some white customers about some black customers that had just left and said yes we get vermin in here all the time I will never spend my money here again!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a special keg for a party. Went to pick it up day of party and they didnt get it in and didnt call or try to let me know. Never doing business with this establishment again. Avoid doing any business here. Management was rude and not even apologetic for their mistakes.

I went there for years after work, the guys were always super nice and helpful. Then I changed jobs and went during the day when the rude owner and her rude daughter were there. After the second time being treated like an inconvenience I took my business elsewhere. Never have been back. Never will!

This place has an awesome selection, and always have some great things on sale. I walk with a cane and they always greet me opening the door. The have twice the selection then most store in the area. Prices are usually right in line.

I stopped using the shopping baskets because I basically had to put it back. They asked to take it back. Hello, I dont have to do that at a supermarket. It was rude. Other than that the place has good variety of spirits.
