STAY AWAY FROM THE AUTO DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO IF I COULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was their earlier this morning at the Winter Garden, FL Walmart getting an oil change. After the oil change, two men came up to me and said my car wont start because the key was bent? They told me to try it myself, they had me walk out to the garage with MY ONE YEAR OLD and not wearing appropriate attire! Upon arriving to the store, the key was not bent - because how did i get there if the key was bent. Whoever bent the key bent it to the point it would not go into the ignition to start. the men began saying well, "we didnt do it". Well, I didnt do it because how did I get to the store then? I finally asked who broke the key and they all said they didnt do it, that I must have done it. I was taken back that these employees would blame me for a key being bent that they had in their possession the whole time. Some other employee came by and used a hammer to bend the key back. The key is still bent!! I will never go back to this place!!! I have tried to get in contact with a manager and i was placed on hold for over an HOUR now!!!! Does anyone work there?!?!?

Given that this Wal-Mart is so new, I think mostly positive reviews are to be expected. But I have to say I have never had so many Wal-Mart employees go out of their way to help me as I have at this location. One associate spent 15 minutes helping me find a specific hand soap and even gave me recommendations for alternatives. Another associate admitted to me that he didnt know where a department was and offered to walk around the store with me so we could both find it. I was really taken aback in a good way by these interactions. If only all Wal-Mart stores could be like this one...

The outside area approaching the store had a plethora of workers taking lunch breaks, leading me to believe Walmart doesnt provide adequate break areas, and would rather leave the image of underpaid, undervalued workers as the consumers first impression. As soon as I walked in the scent of chemicals, combined with florescent lighting reflected off of uninviting, grim cement floors, I adopted a nausea which included a headache and the desire to vomit. Please dont ever encourage me to return to that wrenched place.

This is the nicest Walmart I have ever been to. I do not feel overwhelmed by the amount of shoppers, the whole store is extremely clean, and they have a wide (nice) variety of options in every department. The only thing I dislike is that some of the employees are a little off-putting. We usually use self-checkout and they always make you feel as if ypu have stolen something. Plus some of the employees, when asking for assistance, seem bothered by the idea of having to help.

Maybe because its new but its the best Wal-Mart Ive been to. The employees here go above and beyond and anytime I see one get asked where something is they stop what theyre doing and walk the person to the area or if they dont they grab someone else. I also like seeing the managers walking the floor and assisting customers with employees.

This is one of the nicer and friendlier Walmarts Ive been to. Saying a Walmart is nice isnt really saying much as the bar is super low....but still, its better and cleaner than most of them out there. I would recommend that they get Grocery Pickup as many of the people in my neighborhood still use the one thats in Ocoee.

Wow this Walmart is fantastic! Its located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The workers are constantly cleaning everything so it looks new and well-kept. There are a lot more closed-door refrigerated cases than normal, even for deli meats and hot dogs. The lines werent bad. I definitely recommend this Walmart.

If there was a 0 star, I would give it. Im sitting on the phone right now listening to the phone ring. I have been on here for thirty minutes being passed from one department to the other. They pick up the phone and dont say anything, just pass me on. Its rude and frustrating. #anotherreasonpeoplehatewalmart

First time at this Wal-Mart. The employees are actually nice, were smiling and greeted me. Of course, the one thing I came to purchase, they were out of. Its a new Wal-Mart and its clean, hopefully it will remain that way. By far, one of the most pleasant experiences Ive had at a Wal-Mart.

Very clean and well maintained Walmart - granted it only recently opened. Customer Service is good as well. There is a Dunkin Doughnuts, hair Salon, Liquor store and a gas station as well. Pretty great one stop shop for people living near by!

Clean, new and not too busy. The staff are all trying to learn new things so if you go there for a money order, it may take an extra minute. They also have a Dunkin Donuts for all those parents who need a pick-me-uo. Genius.

Best Walmart in the area by far! This is hidden from the tourist areas therefore you can find locals here instead of the tourists like you will find at the other two nearby Walmarts. Never a long line and very clean.

Its a relatively new place, not much people come here yet. Which is great because its not all the other walmarts you go to. Its very clean and organized. Its in a very nice area also reminds me of a beautiful oasis.

The store overall is really great. But if you ever try calling, ether nobody answers and youre on the phone for forever. Or you get someone and theyre incredibly rude as if calling is an inconvience to them.

Visiting relatives in january, we had to get an oil change on our van and went to this Walmart as a trial. We were hapilly supprised to find professionnal and polite service at this location. We recommend it.

Its so easy to go shopping here. Is such a big place and cashiers are so efficient that you never have to wait in a long line to be check out. Also, the place is clean and organize. Great location as well!

On Aug 1st 10:30 PM, at the electronics section, to buy a product, I have to wait for an hour to see the associate. I asked for help, few said its not their section and some say it shift handover time.

Brand new store. I think that this is the biggest Walmart that I have been in. So new that the sales people didnt know where items were. Yet they were great in offering help to find all of our items.

Very clean. Only been a few times but even at Christmas it wasnt really busy for a Walmart. Hoping it stays this nice, Im not much of a fan of the company but this one is more than tolerable.
