Staff was friendly but mainly stood around chatting. Wasnt too busy in there but the colors were all mixed in, garments facing every which way, hangers stuck together from being crammed, and sizes mixed. Very poorly organized. I heard one employee tell a customer that if clothes are stained they go to the trash. But I saw many stained items while I was there. Too bad, really! They have a help wanted sign and application by the door. Most likely because the staff would rather hang out and talk than do their jobs! They were friendly, they just werent working.

This Goodwill is a little over crowded. There are only three dressing rooms and they arent monitored very well. I stood outside for over twenty minutes waiting for someone to vacate and was finished before the others were even close to being done. Parking is crazy. There are only a limited number of spaces and if you come at the wrong time you wont be able to find a spot and could possibly get stuck because of people trying to leave and come. I suggest coming in the middle of the day or early morning as afternoons have a lot of people shopping.

More of a hit or miss thrift shop as far as thrift shops go. We did find a few Paris pictures that my wife could use in her classroom theme. Womans clothes a bit outdated and not a very large plus size selection. Was hoping to pick up some planters, sadly the were very overpriced.

Great place...found a lot of computer, printer, veggy machine.....clean and nice...great prices too. I was there recently and bought an item that was not working properly and they took it back ... no questions asked...workers are great.....go there for stuff.

The selection here isnt that great. Its a small building, too. The staff is friendly, but this isnt the type of store I expected in Naples. They were running a 50% off special, which was nice.

Parking lot is a nightmare. Might want to park in the next lot. Clothes selection is okay. Furniture, I can never find anything worthwhile. Kind of small location.
