(TBH this place Deserves 0 stars) EXTREMELY Poor customer service and rude employees. This store is great if you have time to waste. Honestly, youre better off at another FedEx store or Office Depot because this one in particular is the worst! My family and I have never had a good experience with them. When I got to there, no one asked me if I needed help and no one was by the cash register - all the employees were standing at the very back of the store while customers were aimlessly wandering around. Eventually, I walked to the back to ask one of them for help - a female employee said that she was going to help me and that I should go to the front desk and then she literally packed her purse and left the store. Eventually some of the other employees came to the register and proceeded to help customers who came AFTER me. If I had not paid for my order ahead of time then I would have left. Never coming back to this low-quality store.

Terrible experience. I went to get get some boxes shipped. There were only 2 women working there. One was with a customer and the second one was helping me. After we entered all the info in the computer she asked me to confirm all the information on the screen and turned around and went to the back. After not returning for 5 minutes I tell the other woman there that she hadnt come back so she calls her and she answers from the back that SHE WAS ON BREAK. She literally went to the back and took her break in the middle of my transaction. I sat there for another 20 minutes to wait for her (the other person was still busy with her customer) and when she came back she looked at another person who came in after me and asked if SHE needed help. I interrupted and had her finish helping me before going on with another customer. She finally finished helping me with an attitude. This was on October 21st at around 7pm

I was very disappointed with my experience. I order flyers, and poster all had poor resolution. No one called to let me know, it was an order placed online. Which online there was no notice about low resolution. When I asked agent for help and what could be done, she could have cared less-and offered no help. What happened to helping someone, and customer service. I left so upset! I usually use VistaPrint, but thought I would give Kinkos a try. I will never make that mistake again. The worst is not the product, but the lack of caring and customer service. Young people who work in customer service have to realize not everyone is computer savy and need help.

Terrible service its as if theres only 1 person working today. Waited in a 2 person line for 15 minutes just to get a receipt of a package I already made a label for. When finally the 2nd person came to the front she moved as if there was not a line (slow) and this is not the first time Ive gotten terrible service from this fedex but is by far the worst!!

Consistently rude and unhelpful employees. The location is near our home, so its convenient to drop off packages at the end if the day. Wish there was another option.

This location is ok. There usually not to many people there so it tends to be easy to get in and out. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and work well. Ill be back.
