Some time ago my husband bought one of those adjustable height desks. The motor died on us and it so happens that JESPER, the company that made the desks, went out of business about a year ago. We called the Relax-the-Back 800 number, but they could not help at all; they didnt even try!! We were very disappointed. We decided to go directly to the store where my husband had purchased the desk and see if we got any results. Well, we did. Specifically, Maria Mesa, who is a Spinal Health Product Consultant, was very helpful and immediately look into the matter. She hooked us up with someone who fixed the problem. Thank you very much Maria!

No followup, emptied my wallet, HAVE NOT DELIVERED properly. Order chair & stand up desk on Fathers Day. Said +-4 weeks delivery. Yes, it is now September 2nd. Brought beautiful chair about 3 weeks ago. Tried to deliver desk last week, but parts were not correct. It will be nice, I think, one day IF I ever get the way, way, way, way overpriced goods they charged me 100% for on Fathers Day!!! "Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas." DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME UNLESS YOU CAN WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH THE PRODUCT, OR THEY DONT CHARGE YOU UNTIL THEY DELIVER."

I had a really good experience with Karina. I went looking for a lift chair for my elderly disabled mom. She gave me a few options and an opportunity to give good info to my mom without any pushy sales tactics. Karina also advised me about getting a prescription since it was medically necessary. She was very helpful. Delivery was a breeze. They arrived on time, explained all the bells and whistles and where very nice.

There is no manager on site when problems arise, sales personnel are only available during the purchase not the entire process of delivery and set up. No customer support at all. They took my parents beds out of the apartment and could not set up the new beds. NO MANAGER, NO SALES PERSON, only two elderly, disabled people with unusable beds at 6pm on a Friday. Never again!!!!!

The sales person at the store was very helpful, knowledgeable and followed up all way to the delivery and after. The product is very good.
