Incredible customer service, from start to finish!! I needed to ship six heavy (and sentimental) pieces of furniture from Florida to Indiana. Marc worked with me over phone and email to get an accurate estimate and settle the details. He and Kevin showed up when they said they would, professionally packed the furniture for freight shipping, and followed up after its arrival in Indiana. I cant say enough good things about their high level of customer service and attention to detail. If you need something shipped, this is the place to come. Christmas time is always very crazy and stressful. Trying to find a place that is priced the best AND has great service, seems to be nearly impossible. I had a fantastic experience. My truck was full of gifts. I had an employee come out and help me carry in my package into the business. All three associates that were working were beyond fantastic. They helped me get everything shipped to North Carolina, and very friendly throughout the process. I have used them a few times before, but that is the only place I will ship anything from. Fantastic Experience.

They were the only place open after 5pm. This was a big deal for me because I work from 9-5. When I walked through the door I was pleasantly greeted. They took care of me right away and gave me options to the best and least expensive way to send my package. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to handle business like this after work hours.

The staff here is really friendly!! They offer a ton of services, and were extremely helpful and accomodating. I did my shopping at publix and went to starbucks while they printed for me. It was great, I will be back!! :)
