I would of given target 4 -5 stars because I love the store and the things they represent but it only takes one rude employee to ruin your experience. "Tammy" in the fitting room was beyond rude to every customer she spoke too. After asking how many items I could take. Back i was told " well how many do You have? Find a empty room and Ill be counting every time. Ok after the second time And watching her speak with others the same way I decide to take her name down. She was so rude and acting as if she hated her job and all of us. Not wanting to deal with this I put back my items and left. Ill spend my 200-300 bucks somewhere else. Them on my way out i decided to grab a few things for my grandson for the holiday. Had to wait for my cashier ( two gentleman) to stop taking pics of themselves in hats with the other cashier. Then demanded my id for a box of sparklers.( Im 50) whatever but what happened to customer service, much less good customer service. It appears to be going down hill at this location. As far as the employee in fitting room, that was bs. It just takes a little bit of kindness. Tammy needs some training. Its not that hard and if it is then maybe "Customer Service" isnt for you.

I generally like Target..but I"m not crazy about this particular pharmacy. I had to wait 3 weeks for a prescription. I was told they had to verify with the doctor. Now keep in mind this was the the third different med I had to wait for such verification. The script was not for controlled substance..or anything even close. I went to two other local pharmacies and asked if they asked for verificaiton for any of these meds. They said 1(axiron) of the 3 they would. Now my wife is waiting on for verificaiton for wellbutrin. They are pleasant enough but I see no reason to wait when other pharmacies are more concerned with serving customers in an expedited manner.

The worst target experience I have ever had! Shop at the Target by my house on a weekly basis. Cashier Kim argued with me over sale price marked on a giant end cap reading "mix and match" any 3 keurig excluding Starbucks brand. Picked 3 off the display and when I got to the register they didnt prompt for the gift card. So I tried to explain the situation and cashier talked down to me as if I could not read. Offered to show them the display and she kept telling me they didnt qualify. Asked for the manager and she was nice but basically just said which deal would I like...I was more interested in her talking to her employee about the rudeness.

I bought a blu-ray from Target on 10/16/09. Brought it home to discover that the plastic case had holes in it and a tear going from top to bottom. The shrink wrap was removed but the original seal was still intact. They told me I could not return it but exchange, I said ok thats fine, and asked for an undamaged blu-ray. The guest service cashier called a guy in the electronics to make sure there was one undamaged. He automatically said, yes we have one! I went back there to get it and he then discovers that theyre all damaged. Dont expect them to stand behind their product if its damaged when purchased...

Very poor way to run a store....5:30 on a Sunday evening....Live quite a distance and was looking for a special item that was told Target may carry it....Called twice. Both times I was told by recording to hold for the operator..Both times...after the phone ringing about 30 or 40 times...dial tone broke in. This neglect of customer service is certainly no way to compete with other stores. I wont be shopping Target in the future....I live close to a Walmart store (Ridge & Hwy 54) but was trying to get a better made product at Target....No Way!!!

Havent been to this Target location since March. Thought I give give them one more try. Their customer service is horrible. No one greets customers.....even if they are working standing next to you. Cashiers need some training. You can have a conversation with your customers, but your hands need to be moving as fast as your mouth. My last experience was worse than this one. Im done. No going back.

The people at the pharmacy were very rude to me on the phone they didnt even bother to look and see if they had the medication that I need they just said no very rudely and hung up the phone on me I just dont understand why they did that they didnt have the decency to even try what a waste of human life some people are.

Friendly staff and very understanding! Everyone is always so polite and its a very clean and tidy store. Employees have even given my children stickers to calm them! Theyd talked to them and they havent treated them as if they were any different. The prices can be a little high, but the products are very reliable!

I dont like shopping at Target. Decent customer service, only when you talk to them first. But then they dont take returns, items you want are either not there, or over priced, Im done going to Target. If I ever get a gift card for them again Im throwing it away, Not worth it, surprised theyre still a business.

These morons are SLOW,even by Target standards and rude to match. Would never return even though its only a mile away from where I live. Yes, you know who I am.

This target is clean and has a good selection. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Its been a while since a large chain store like this had someone proactively ask me if I needed help finding anything when they could tell I was looking for something.

Awesome TARGET! The staff and management are amazing! Except one very old lady cashier who flips out if you use coupons. I just avoid her lane. On the other hand Stephanie the cashier is hands down the most amazing customer service worker I have ever met!

I really like this specific Target. I know they are all a bit different depending which area they are located in, but so far, this is the best one. I like the variety of items they have and the friendly athmosphee. I love going there.

Maybe because its the day before Thanksgiving but I just wasnt impressed. The entire staff seem annoyed and there was "stuff" everywhere! Entire isles were blocked. Disappointed, this isnt what we have come to expect from Target.

Excellent selection of beauty products that Target sells and their competition doesnt . Brands available are Pixi, No. 7, NYX, Laneige, Nuxe and more. Store is very clean, organized and staff is friendly.

Showed up for Nuka cola quantum 30 minutes before opening. Manager told us they were not in stock. Had no explanation. Probably another target where an employee snatched all of them.

The cashier would not accept one of my coupons nor would she read the coupon. I took the coupon to the service desk and the gentleman honored the $2 coupon.
