Honestly this was the best experience Ive ever had buying glasses in my entire life. The glasses they have seem very sturdy and well made, they do not feel flexible and flimsy like other glasses I have had. The variety they have to try on are very nice and the best part of the whole experience was the PRICE! 90% of the glasses they have are $95 and the other 10% are $145, I ended up buying a $95 dollar pair and the glasses come with Polycarbonate lenses, anti glare and anti scratch. All those things are added "extras" you pay more for in other places, and Warby includes it for the price of the frame! The only thing I payed extra for Was $100 for the transition lenses so they can turn into sunglasses outside. But this was not pushed onto me by the sales rep. They guy was very nice and helped me choose the pair that fit me best. All in all I was in Warby for maybe 30 minutes and only payed $195 for a pair of glasses that wouldve cost me $450 somewhere like vision works. Also an added perk, they ship them to your home in 7-10 business days free of charge. I literally only payed $195. Great experience Im definitely never buying glasses anywhere other than Warby Parker. 10/10

I recently discovered this company when the big wigs were on Bloomberg TV a few weeks ago. I liked them and what the company does for people that need glasses and cant afford them. I just found out I needed prescription glasses 6 weeks ago. My only experience buying my first two pair was at Sears optical. I did shop around a little before I decided. So the 3 optical stores I visited are my only comparison. First off I went on the WP web site looking at what they have available for mens prescription sunglasses. The selection is OK but not near as big as the other places Ive been to. The prices were much better so I drove 40 minutes to check them out in person. I was helped right away and between the 2 employees they were able to answer all my questions. The big down fall for the WP sunglasses is you get only one choice of lens per frame. To my surprise when checking out there is an $80 up charge for the prescription. I can find that anywhere on the website disclosing that or they only take credit card payments. So all in all it still wasnt bad $225 for a nice pair of polarized sunglasses. I just didnt like deceived from their website.

One of the most amazing companies out there. First of all, I payed only $10 for my glasses after I submitted the receipt to my insurance- even without doing so, they would only end up being $95. That was a year ago, then two days ago, I accidentally broke my glasses- I called Warby Parker within minutes after freaking out because I need them to see, and they immediately reviewed my order and sent my a brand new pair and recommended I go to my nearest Warby Parker store to see if they could replace my broken ones in person in the mean time. I drove there right away and got there within 30 minutes of them closing and they popped out my lenses into brand new frames no questions asked. I was so happy and they even kept my current order for my new frames which was set to come within 4 days, that way Ill still have brand new glasses once I return the replacement to the store. I love Warby Parker <3

I am going to be in central Florida in November and am pleased to see that there is a Warby Parker location in Tampa. Although I cannot provide a review of this store at this time, I can express how pleased I am with the glasses that I have purchased online through this company. My second pair was delivered today. Warby Parker exceeds my expectations regarding the quality of the glasses and customer service they provide. I was a little apprehensive about ordering my first pair of prescription glasses online, but my concerns were quickly eliminated when I realized that this company is just as concerned about getting my order right as I was. You have earned another loyal customer.

A great eyeglasses store. Their online facility of shipping 5 glasses to home for try-on is just multiplied by the presence of an actual store in my town, where basically you could try-on every frame in the store. Great quality of frames. Good selection of different shapes and colors. Pricing is made simple and the customer service is exemplary. The lenses are covered for a year for scratches and will be replaced free of cost if so. There is also 30 day return, no questions asked. As a consumer, this customer service appeals to me. I placed order for my pair of glasses, awaiting to see it fulfil the promises...

Just came back from the Tampa store and the experience was awesome. Great selection and the customer service was great.. I was helped by a young lady named Layla she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I showed her the frames I picked out on the web site. And she gave me more selections and I ended up going with her pick.. Overall a great experience.. dont know how they keep the price down. But these only cost 295.00 because of prescription. Last pair at another place cost over 500.00. I would recommend them to everyone.

The frames are really cheap feeling and the people who work there know about as much about glasses as the drive through girl at McDonalds. I went there to see the frames in person and to have them measure me for glasses, which they told me they would do when I called but they really couldnt. They thought helping me pick stock frames that look like they fit is the same as measuring. I get the impression these are glasses for people who want the look but dont actually NEED glasses! It was a complete waste of my time!

Warby Parker is the best glasses retailer out there. Ive had glasses since 14 years old and I love Warbys frame the most. The company does amazing philanthropy work, and the service is impeccable. The nicest employees at this location, they really just want you to find a pair of glasses you love. Kenneth is a very sweet and helpful older gentleman there, look out for him!

They have variety of cool glasses. Its an easy process, try the glasses on and place an order. The glasses were a loose and kept on falling whenever I look down even though they took the measurements, but I went to a local optician and they fixed it. But it is super cheap, I got my glasses for just $95 (inclusive anti-reflective coating) and free shipping.

The customer service was unbelievable!!! The prices were phenomenal!!! 2 pairs of eyeglasses for $190 was not bad at all!!! Especially not using any vision insurance! My husband went to Americas Best and spent almost $800 for his two pair. We will now be going to Warby Parker from now on!!!! Thank you for awesome service!!!
