I had the worst experience I had ever had in any store some guy by the name of Emilio short frail body short hair black glasses and was so rude an a condescending smartass way he tryed to belittle me like Im some child what a punk I forgot he own the store so he can act and talk to anybody disrespectful anyway he like. this guy smart ass acting nice attitude dude told me I should of got the right item the first time i was here earlier then he said you people .....wth..lol...smh.. .. so he did not want to refund me because he runs the store and i need to come back three days later when he was not in shop....he was mad that I was returning item back to store I had receipt same day for refund or credit or exchange thats all I need. Emilio tryed to use his power and flex his muscles so I can have a bad day I dont think so bud!!!! the customers is always right!!!!!so Emilio did not like that!!!!!so he started to antagonize me telling me to lower my voice when everytime i started to talk or had something to say he stared to record me on his phone telling me to lower my voice.. when that did not work he called the sheriffs deputy because I did not want to leave on till I got my refund. He also wanted to to give me some kind of trasspass Im so sorry Emilio i didnt commit a crime to be given a trasspass I did not leave store till the officer showed up. So the officer and I started to laugh because of Emilio bad service and bad attitude.. store owner and management dont lets kids run youre store. Because of Emilio smartass attitude you guys just loss a few loyal customers... thank you vitamin discount emilio center its been so real...... p.s. some customers waited till the cops showed up to also tell them how mean this jerk Emilio had treated me...thanks blackbart for staying and hanging out till cops showed up to tell them how this guy was a jerk to me much appreciated we need more people like you...... if anyone need a wonderful shop go to the nutrishop on nortdale they have the best vitamin n better supplements that work....also its ran by professional educated adults that have respect.....for there customers....... so many shops. nobody wants to deal with a wanna be smart ass tuff guy....... also if anyone from this vitamin discount shop need to contact me you have my info..... thanks for everything
