Went to this location for the first time over 6 months and hated it. I understand kids need jobs but christ you ask for something in plain simple english and they look at you like a toodler. My girlfriend and i like sprinkles. We tell them the "load them on" "we want sprinkles galore". What do they do? They take a tiny plastic spoon and scoop out a couple spoonfuls on top of a cup of ice cream so you get a whole three sprinkles for the first half of the ice cream if youre lucky. My girlfriend went there just tonight to surprise me with ice cream and again said she wanted sprinkles galore and she would pay whatever they wanted to get them. So what do they do? They fill this tiny contain that maybe holds 4 oz of something, about 1/3 full and proceed to charge her $2 for it. I hate this place. I forgot to mention i got a oreo blizzard (similar to the DQ) thing and they put just as much of the oreo. So to summarize if you just want a cup of plain ice cream this is the place to go. If you want some toppings steer clear. Even if you throw money at them they wont give you toppings - at least not more than a spoonful. I assume it has to be the kids that stare blankly at your requests. Ditch the kids and ill think about coming back. I dont plan to buy from any other location either. Its just ice cream - get it f-ing right.

When you feel like the temperature outside is hot enough to melt your flip flops or even sizzle an egg on your pristine looking forehead then its probably time for a tasty ice cream treat. Solely based on first trip I would have given this place four stars. Good service, the guy was attentive, polite and patient because it was my first time at this place. The ice cream I ordered was coconut sundae and a regular cup of cheesecake. Unfortunately, one day later I had the craving again because I felt my hair melting so I knew it was that time to grab a treat. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a more mature, not so patient employee. Ordered the same coconut sundae and this time a medium white chocolate cup. What I didnt realize immediately and only after I got in my car and left was that the ice cream had a horrible stench of cough syrup and that old cabinet full of vitamins in your home. It was awful and impossible to eat. I even had to throw it away. For sheerly my second experience I have to give this venue 3 stars. Will update if I decide to go back again and if my experience changes.

Okay I didnt hate it only because they had lots of choices, but i highly dislike it due to the fact that the Ice cream i bought did not taste like the flavor. I love mocha flavored ice cream, so of course i ordered that... it tasted like pancakes. I mean i love pancakes as well but this wasnt what i wanted.Like i said i didnt hate it, i tried my fiances chocolate/ vanilla swirl and that was great.Plus there was only two people working and there was a super long line so they were rushing and i asked for a medium waffle cone and my ice cream was falling off so i had to ask for a cup. But all in all no i wont come back. Get it together twistee treat.

I gave this place 5 stars a year ago but had to change. The service has dropped drastically! Its a bunch of teenie boppers that dont give a rats ass about a customer. Last 2 visits; they laughed over the drive thru intercom and I had to repeat myself literally 4 times because they werent paying attention and 2nd visit I ordered a smores crunch sundae but received a plain vanilla. Obviously Facebook and high school drama was more important. Ive reached out to twistee treat on twitter but no response...seems to be a trend. I will return just not nearly as often as we did. Dairy Queen offeres the same treats we order with much better service.

I heard really great reviews from people about Twistee Treat so I went but I was extremely horrified when I was served. The really tall woman with dark red hair who I believe is the manager is very unsanitary! My son ordered a small cup of vanilla ice cream with cookie dough pieces and she grabbed the cookie dough with her hand! Gross! I dont work in food services but Im sure thats a huge no no. I also found a long dark red string of wavy hair on the side of my cup. Lord knows where else that hair is! Do better Twistee Treat and manager with sanitation issues!

So not happy with this twistie treat. I will say I had 1 great experience where I even have a tip to them bc they were amazing! The oastv2 timesbi went I ordered malts and did NOT taste the malt in them. The second time I said something and all they did was ask the person who made it if they out the malt in it and of course they said yes. Then proceeded to stand around the window as I asked for my money back (completely rude) and didnt offer to make another. Step up your customer service!!

This place is amazing. My husband took me and I just got a simple chocolate soft serve in a cup topped with brownies. The ice cream was nice and creamy it was amazing but the Brownies, those were beyond amazing they had a texture of smoothness and creamyness that was just beyond expectations because usually at an ice cream shop the Brownies are cold and hard, not these. They were perfect:)

So tastey, and its a Pokestop! The Twirls are so good, the medium is pretty big, and you get 2 toppings included, additional toppings ate $0.75! They do a points system for rewards, and free cone ON your birthday. I havent tried any of their other fun creations like the waffle taco or anything, but they look pretty good!

I love this twisty treat, variety of flavors and toppings. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of their inefficient staff. One day we counted 6 employees and 1 trainee and still waited 15 minutes for our order. Its hit or miss on how fast they are. Today we went and waited maybe 3 minutes for the same order.

Ice cream is great however, there are 2 different types of twistee treats and we prefer the other one that we used to go to. They have a bigger variety of ice cream options. I would always get the peanut butter boat. I cant get that here and I wish they had it. But I get the German chocolate ice cream so itll do.

Good value for soft serve ice cream. Manager went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Changed the radio station when told it was objectionable. Super quick service and that historic twisted ice cream shaped building is always a welcome sight.

Great, fast ice cream with a nice outdoor seating area and nice service. The radio was playing very loudly some content that was definitely not family friendly, but the staff came out to check on us and happily changed the station.

Its an ice cream place with pretty good ice cream..and @ kristi, nobody cares about your pancake abandonment issues. Lol how do you give someone a bad review because you had to "put it in a cup"..its ice cream....
