I purchased a Dre Beats Beat Box from this store on 12/04/2013 for $250 cash! Looked to be in good shape. I asked about the warranty policy before I left the shop and was told they offered a 48 hour return policy. When I got home I had a chance to look up the new price of the item and it was $250 at Target brand new. I called the shop 4 hours later and told the manager that I was not happy and wanted to return it or get a discount on the item. I was told there was nothing he could do but give me a $50 in store credit towards something else. It was my first and last time in this shop. Ive been to Cash America and Value Pawn and they have always taken care of me when they are that over priced. If you buy anything from this store please check what the item sales new for. Zero customer service at this store. A $50 dollar credit towards something else doesnt fix the fact that you are selling things a new store prices. All it does is allow me to spend more money with you and you have lost me as a customer. Buyers beware!

I was previously very happy with the service at this location but I was more insulted than anything on my last visit. I had an autographed baseball bat and they wouldnt even give me a fair offer. They offered less than what it would cost to buy the bat without an autograph. Unfortunately the gentleman Juan that I dealt with previously is no longer there and it seems that their service has gone down with him leaving as well. Be very careful going in there because they are not giving fair offers whatsoever. When I confronted the sales associate with his figures he got very defensive and started backpedaling on the lie he had told me about what my item was selling for. Whether he was lying over hundreds of dollars or $20, you should never lie to a customer. I did take my item to a different store and received 3.5x the amount of the lowball offer I was given by the lying salesman.

I came into get a loan on my Rolex watch. I am a real estate broker and was waiting for a closing. The staff was amazing and helped me through the awkward situation. They made me feel really good about the transaction. I was so impressed to see the level of merchandise they have! 50,000 watches and 4ct diamonds? I didnt expect that. They had everything from motorcycle and cars to guns, stereos and the nicest jewelry Ive ever seen. I came back an picked up my watch after the closing and bought a Ruger pistol and an amazing Tiffany necklace for my wife. I cant say enough positive things about this shop and its amazing staff! I stop in regularly to see whats new! Check them out!

This is truly the nicest pawn shop Ive ever been in. I was amazed to see many of my favorite things-like Louis Vuitton purses and Gucci shoes, bags, even belts, as well as Coach, and other high end brands you typically do not find in a pawn shop, and for great prices! The jewelry selection is impressive as well. While I was oogling accessories, my boyfriend was captivated by the many guns they have. It is clear also that they specialize in high end watches...if you are looking for a Rolex, or a Cartier perhaps...this is the place to go! This shop really has something for everyone! The staff was so warm and friendly on top of it all, I felt I should share my experience!

I reside in Georgia and had the opportunity to visit your store looking for an specific piece. Diamond earrings. I was very much impressed by the customer service and the quality of the items, not to mention the place general atmosphere. One of the employees named Pedro was not only nice but highly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions in a polite manner with no rush. The fact that he speak Spanish as well, is an asset. Im bilingual and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I will be back to your store every time I travel to Tampa and I hope Pedro find my earrings. Definitely recommend this establishment to my friends. Way to go Pedro!

Stadium pawn was a great experience for me. These guys are the real deal. They do not try to rip you off. I was impressed by an employee by the name of Juan. This guy helped me in a time when I was on a budget and gave me a very fair price on some items. He could have easily tried to rip me off but he was honest and genuine and very knowledgeable .I have been there on other ocasions and I always feel like a valued customer. I will never deal with another pawn shop again after having such great experience at Stadium. I highly reccomend this place.

Owner and employees always attentive knowledgeable and above all fair and honest. Juan is an asset with wonderful people skills and a great deal of knowledge of their inventory, which is very extensive. Great place to do your holiday shopping as well as fatten your wallet through the sale of unwanted or simply no longer needed valuables. Once youve dealt with the staff at Stadium Pawn there is little chance youll be taking your business anywhere else.

This is the nicest pawnshop I have ever seen! I needed a loan to make my mortgage and I was able to borrow as much as I needed on just a small amount of jewelry. This was a life saver! My credit is not good after I lost my job last year and I could never get a credit card or another loan anywhere else. This shop is fair and friendly! It feels like walking into a high end jewelry store. So many pretty things!

Awesome experience!! Jemma was a joy to deal with. My wife and I went in with no expectations! The establishment was very neat and tidy, not something common in that type of business. A very good assortment of high end jewelry, thats what we were looking for. We chose a number of pieces and the prices were so good we took them all. Thank you for a great and rare experience!!

THIS PAWN SHOP IS MORE OF A HIGH END RETAIL JEWELRY SALES AND REPAIR SHOP. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS FROM THEM AND IVE HAD ALOT OF MY JEWELRY REPAIRED.
