Probably the most dishonest firm I have ever dealt with. I saw a listing online for a rifle and accessories and contacted them. They confirmed that they would sell me a specific rifle and the accessories listed. They also confirmed that the rifle was new and never used. We arranged the transfer from state to state through the legal FFL channels. When the rifle arrived - it was a different rifle, same model but different serial number than the one promised and the one I bought in good faith. Moreover most of the accessories were missing and the gun had been shot. The owner, Shawn, then told me that he would send the accessories and that he sent a different serial number gun for some reason that I cannot understand to this day. In good faith I went ahead and had the gun worked on and needless to say the accessories never appeared. When I contacted the owner again he claimed they were never part of the deal. I strongly recommend that you do not deal with these guys - they are simply dishonest.

My friend brought his rifle to this guy Doyle Locke gunsmith for glass bedding, and refer him to me for gunsmith work on my Gold Cup 1911 45acp, this Doyle guy replaced my target hammer to a regular spur hammer, and LOST MY ORIGINAL GOLD CUP PARTS. He also took a easy job by left the depressor and depressor spring alone without reassembling it and claim that: it is useless in function. I ask for my original parts, he flat deny it and try to give me some used parts not even close to the bluing of Gold Cup. I dont normally complain about people in business, but this guy is terrible, he must have worked in the pawn shop too long, and get used to treat customer like trash. He also totally screwed up my friends glass bedding, have the glue everywhere on the stock, and cost him $200.00 more to have it barely removed. This guy is very rude, unprofessional. Shooters and gun buyers beware.

I called to inquire about a bicycle, the man that answered the phone was rude and said he had a customer that I could come down to look at it and hung up on me. If you want people to shop at your store, do not treat them like crap! I was also a customer, He couldve asked me to hold until he was finished with the current customer he was with!!! I will not be shopping here! They need to work on their phone courtesy skills!!! After I called back to let him know that I didnt appreciate how he did things and that it made me not want to purchase from him, he said that was okay!? Is he trying to push customers away? I know I am only one person but how many other people who have called in have encountered his rudeness and just didnt say anything and decided to shop somewhere else?!? JUST SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT!

SO i walk in the store and the guy is using the laptop i had pawned about 3 weeks before.. First thing that came to my mind was "is that my computer? its impossible they have the same one here" so turn the computer screen around and i see a bunch of taps pictures of my gf and they are open all over the computer. The guys its going through my information!! so i ask him why really upset.. He says they might have mistaken the ticket number on it. so i ask how? to let me see the other computer that looks just like mine, but he says "he is not allowed to" do that. and apologizes offering me discounts on any item at the shop. i just ended up grabbing the computer in leaving. IS THERE ANY WAY TO REPORT THIS PPL? IS THIS LEGAL TO DO AT PAWN SHOPS? if so please let me know.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not purchase from them. Bought a gun that turned out to be broken. Brought it back for exchange but was turned down since the gun has a life time warranty through the manufacturer. They sent it in for repairs and come to find out, theres a recall on that style gun with a law suite and now that company is holding my gun until the law suite is settled. Meanwhile, this pawn shop will not let me do an exchange for equal value. I paid over $300 for the gun with accessories and have been waiting 4 months now to enjoy my purchase but can not. Very upsetting. This pawn shop is unwilling to work with the customer even when they sell you something that is broken!

Welcomed to a clean store with friendly, if not humorously charming, employees and management. I didnt feel like I was talking to a "staff member" the people who worked with me treated me like an actual Human Being, which is a fun change of pace from the typical business-transaction protocol. Everyone was knowledgeable and sought to help with any and all queries and interests. With such an eclectic mixture of toys and tools varying from jewelry to ammunition, this one-stop-shop is a delight. Would-recommend 5-Stars.

They have a small selection of guns and other stuff. I bought a nickel plated gun that they were selling for $1000 and I made them lower the price. I bought it for $750. The customer service is okay. they can get better. Oh and for the guy that said that they were looking in your laptop. Talk to a lawyer. Im sure that is not legal to do. Next time bring your laptop to bestbuy. they are expensive but its worth it. but thats if you want it fixed. If you want to sell. erase all the information you have in the laptop.

love these guys. i do my ffl transfers here. they dont take my guns out of the case and fondle them and tamper with them like most gun shops. they know my voice when i call and always are friendly. done around 13 or 14 transfers in the past 2 years with them. will continue to go there. 35 for one fee(i do wish it was 25) but it is $10 per gun after that and sometimes i buy multiple firearms there. its location is close and easy to get to from dale mabry.

Typical gun scumbags!! Just get away!! There are probably 50 places better than. Than this turd of a pawn shop wannabe!!! Go to a place in pasco on little rd. They are all right. Real close to US19 and almost on little rd. Try them first. Havnt used them for a few years but they never stole from me and always let me shoot before buying. Good luck. & I never worried there just bought a few guns and used the range lots of times.

Very good group of guys... they have great customer service ive only been in there couple of time to pawn some jewlery but everytime i get nothing but respect and they are very professional, Ill be going back to buy or pawn soon!
