5 stars for the coffee, one star for the barista. I was downtown on jury duty and when I walked in mid morning, the place was empty. I was greeted with a smirk at best, as if I was annoying her just by coming in. Undettered by her lack of customer service, I complimented the decor and cheerfully ordered by mocha, paid and automatically dropped a generous tip in the bucket. A few seconds later, I spied ceramic mugs and asked if she would please make it for "here" in a mug. She whipped around like I had slapped her and snapped "Ive already started making it!" I smiled and said "oh, ok I just thought I would sit here any enjoy the ambiance". No response. To her credit, she did walk my (paper cupped) coffee over to my table, but REALLY? Lets be a tad more flexible shall we?

Indigo has opened back up and Im so happy to have a coffee shop to go to! Service was friendly and fast. I also love the new style and decor. The pull out stools are genius, out of the way yet easy to pull out and sit while you wait, surprisingly comfortable too. I ordered and iced coffee and it was well flavored without being too sweet, could have used more ice though but I can ask next time.

I used to go here with some regularity, but these days it is half coffee shop and half homeless shelter. The homeless use the outdoor furniture, ask for money from patrons inside and outside of the shop, and use the bathrooms. The bathrooms are sometimes dirty and often smell terrible as a result. Youd think with a police station a block away, this would be less of a problem...

You cant ask for better service at a coffee shop. Friendly baristas greet you when you walk in, and are happy to explain their unique offerings, like "extreme toddy" to you. I sat down and did some work for an hour and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and view out their large window walls.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee. Prices are a little high. I ordered all my coffees iced and she made them hot. Then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to be fixed .... this better be the best coffee ever

great coffee, good food and a friendly atmosphere. If you are in the downtown area i highly suggest it, by far best in the area. Hopefully Tim is your barista, he is dope on the espresso bar.

Special blend award winning... To me it tastes like at gas station. Oh, and almost no food, just very limited collection of sweets.
