Awesome bike shop! Love this place! Had some much needed work done on my cheap beach cruiser ... pedals ... cant ride without those. They had me up and running in under 15 minutes. Very nice lady working ... not sure if the owner or not or owners wife perhaps?? very helpful on the phone and in person ... answered all of my stupid questions, willfully and with a smile. This shop, like many bike shops, is for the serious rider, but I would also highly recommend this place for the casual rider .. or the family of riders. Good selection of accessories, kid stuff, kites, skateboards etc .. Unlike most other bike shops Ive been to, this place will treat you like a human even if you dont come dressed in a Lance Armstrong costume and even if you have not nor are about to drop a thousand bucks in their store. Those of us who dont ride in the road with gasoline powered transportation and who prefer to ride on a sidewalk or at a park ... sometimes just need a cheap quick repair ... this is the place to do it!

I called this store today to see if they could order me a bike I saw online or if they had any in stock that were green, which is the color I am looking for. I then asked how much the beach cruisers cost and she said $350. I asked if they had any priced in the $150 range, as that is the price of the beach cruiser I see online that I can simply have shipped to me. Her response and tone of voice was so rude. She was pretty much disgusted that I would even think they would sell a beach cruiser for $150. Then when I kindly said, "Thank You for your help," she replied "Uh... ya..." Thanks for being so rude... I will never recommend your place to anyone. Not everyone knows how much your bikes run brand new ... try being a little more kind to others.

When we moved to Florida, we made it a priority to buy bikes for 3 of our 4 family members. The owner Tracy was extremely knowledgeable in helping me select a bike (havent had one in 20 years) that fit the purpose of my wanting a bike and also for each of my sons. There was no pushy sales or upsell...and she really listened. Repairs have been done quickly and shes always there to ask advice. Since then Ive bought a bike for my Dad and rented a tricycle for my Mom and gotten loads of accessories. Great Customer Service, thanks Tracy!

This is a great bike shop. I bought a new bike from here about a two weeks ago and the lady I spoke to was very friendly. They even stayed open much later than their normal hours to walk me through the various models and let me test-ride the ones I liked. Even after the purchase, they have been very helpful in finding the right accessories, and even ordering the ones that were not in stock. I will continue to do business at this store.

Terrible people. Inner tubes from here pop on first day and cost double what they should. The lady here is rude and does not help people, only tries to rob them blind. Everything is overpriced and the worst quality not to mention the cost of labor being around 8 dollars for 5 minutes. If you dont want to be pressured into buying something do not come here.

I was helped by Tracy at the bike store who is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Even though it was far beyond closing time, Tracy answered all my questions. I have been to other bike stores around the area, and I know I have purchased a quality bike at a reasonable price from the best store. Bikes Kites & More.

Very friendly and great customer service. Conveniently located to my neighborhood in Julington Creek Planation. I come here often to get new tubes, tires, chains, and misc repairs. If she doesnt have the part she orders it quickly. I highly recommend this neighborhood bike shop. Reasonably priced.

I love bikes kites and more. They help me every weekend for some problem with my bike. Last week she told me that my hub was worn out. Im goin tomorow to get it fixed. They are extremely nice and very effecient. They get the job done and fast
