THIS IS THE WORST BIKE SHOP ON THE PLANET!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I WENT TO GET MY BIKE REPAIRED AND WHEN I ARRIVED THERE WERE 3 EMPLOYEES AND 1 MANAGER NAMED FRANK WORKING. THE MOMENT I WALKED IN, THE MANGER FRANK WAS BY THE ENTRANCE, HE NEVER GREETED ME, IGNORED ME THE ENTIRE TIME AND WAS TOO BUSY PUTTING THINGS ON THE SHELF. THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE WHEN I WENT IN. THE 3 EMPLOYEES WERE TALKING AMONGST THELMSELVES AND ALSO NEVER GREETED ME. I WAITED THERE 5-10 MINUTES BEFORE FINALLY I HAD TO SPEAK OUT LOUD TO ASK FOR HELP. ONCE I GOT THE HELP I WAS NEEDING, I WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE PRICE OF THEIR PARTS AND LABOR....WHAT A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! I CALLED 3 OTHER BIKE SHOPS IN THE AREA AND THEY ALL 3 WERE CHEAPER THEN THIS PLACE....THIS PLACE IS VERY RUDE, MANAGER IS SMUG AND ARROGANT, EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AND NOT RECEPTIVE OF THE CUSTOMERS. THEIR BIKES ARE WAY OVER-PRICED AND THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE FOR LABOR IS REDICULOUS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RAGIN OR KYLES BIKE SHOPS IN ORLANDO AND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! VERY DISAPOOINTED AND THE ENTIRE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE ARROGANT MANGER FRANK NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE CUSTOMERS! I WAS TRULY PISSED OFF AND WAS HAPPY TO LEAVE THIS PLACE..ALSO, BE AWARE OF THE BIKES THAT ARE HANGING DOWN FROM THE CEILING, THIS PLACE IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN! I HAVE BEEN RIDING BIKES AND DEALING WITH BIKE STORES FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND THIS IS THE WORST BIKE SHOP ON THE PLANET! I WOULD NOT PAY MUCH ATTENTION TO ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM THIS PLACE AS THEY MAYBE WRITTEN BY THE STAFF, MGMT AND THEIR FRIENDS....I HAVE BEEN A TEACHER FOR OVER 20 YEARS, FEDERAL SECURITY OFFICER FOR THE F.B.I & U.S MARSHALS, RETIRED MILITARY WITH HONORABLE DISCHARGE AND HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH LOW CLASS INDIVDUALS WHO JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND SHOW ABSOLUTELY NO HOSPITALITY! 2 THUMBS WAY DOWN ON THIS PLACE. MY NEXT REPORT IS GOING WITH THE BBB. BE FORE-WARNED, EXPECT TO BE IGNORED AND EXPECT TO SPEND MORE $$$!

I couldnt be happier with the personalized customer service that I received on my first visit up until now. Ive been back for tune ups on my bike and Dale happily takes care of me and my new toy and while I wait. I live in Winter Garden and I purchased a Specialized Hybrid there and although the younger staff is nice, theres a few other men there that lack that "extra mile" attitude. Especially for someone that is new to the sport. I will never go to another bike shop at this point. Also, the reason I walked into this particular shop in the first place was because I was at the pet store next door. I wasnt ready to buy yet but Fred the owner was so pleasant and helpful I knew I wanted to go back. I am a 45 year old honorably discharged Marine Veteran, former volunteer firefighter and EMT, HEAVILY active in community service for disabled children and for veterans, active training officer for the Young Marines, and currently a Pediatric Physical Therapist. (Not too sure why this all matters, but since other posters are doing it...there you are) :-)

Great Customer service! My husband and I brought my bike in that had 2 flat tires, but it has also been sitting around for 5 years. The kick stand was also way too long and positioned weird for the bike. Fred quoted us with a great price to replace the 2 tires and kickstand, and proceeded to show us exactly why my tires were flat (huge thorns got stuck in them), and fixed my breaks as well because they werent gripping well apparently. Highly recommended to anyone who is needing repairs for their bikes. Polite, friendly and all around great customer service!

Outstanding... Fred & Alan, at Full Circle Cycle, went well beyond my expectations in providing sales and service. I just purchased a new Specialized bike - to replace the one Id purchased there more than 10 years ago. They took the time to answer my many questions and then to make sure the bike was exactly as I wanted it - transferring equipment, checking for fit and making sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them highly for both sales and service. Ive used them for other services through the years - and have always been well satisfied.

Immediately upon entering the store, it felt warm and welcoming and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring about my needs. I just wish the store owner, Fred, would start a auto service shop so I could feel the same way about where I take my other vehicle :-)

This place is awesome. I bought a 2014 stumpjumper from them a couple months ago, and each time I take it in the shop, no matter how big or small the problem, they fix it either on the spot or in a very timely fashion. They are also always very friendly and they remember my name. Other bike shops should strive to be like this. This is how you do business.

I had an old race bike thatd been sitting in the closet for a while that I needed to get fixed a week before my race, and these guys fixed it up like new in no time for under a hundred bucks! Great shop and excellent service, will definitely recommend. They really care about their clients and do a great job.

Mechanic was very rude, and if you bring bikes in for repairs on the weekend you have to wait till Monday. Also, I brought it in twice and everytime it doesnt get fixed.
