I went in to get so work done and I was ok with the price then IVAN said I dont want to see you waste your money and regret spending it so he said something about a new bike would be about $200 (it was like IVAN wanted me to spend more money for no reason he wanted me to spend like $80 to $100) I was like do you want to lose my business he said no so I told him to fix it how I want it he said ok and he would call me back so I waited to hear from him but just before closing I didnt hear back so I called and said cancel my order. CUSTOMERS BEWARE WITH THIS SHOP I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!

I loved the staff at Pro cycle and the store was easy to find. I went there to have my bike put together that I bought from Walmart. As I looked around the store the items where very expensive. As I told the staff I bought a bike from WALMART so paying $60 for lights was high for a bike I paid $200 for. They were still friendly and offer to put my bike together but the price was too high for assessories. I would recommend this store but maybe buy your assessories elsewhere.

stopped in to pick up an innertube...a ways from home (i am from chicago) i just went to the closest bike shop that would have what i needed. i found a clean well organized space and a kind clerk (raphael) who was helpful and courteous. other reviews i see for this store bickering over $100 repairs are hogwash and id wager a bet that the repair and bike were junk. quality shop!

Pro Cycle is just that, Pro! Frank is a pleasure to deal with and does it right. This is what a bike shop should be. Pro Cycle has competitive pricing and a friendly atmosphere. This is the only place I will go for road bike parts even though it is a 10 mile one way trip. They do carry mountain bikes and other types and will work on any type of bike. AAA+

I was just there!! Great shop! I brought my bike from Vestal NY and I discovered I had a flat and a bad tire. They put a new one on, right on the spot. I picked up some accessories too! Great staff, took the time to teach me how to pack my bike up for flight and cared for my bike as if it was their own. Excellent customer service! Carry a wide range of product to cover any need you might have. Definitely recommend!
