Advance Auto Parts is just a fancy junk yard that sells very cheap materials. I came in and bought a brand new part for $50 dollars; when I open the box it was missing. I basically purchased the most expensive tiny cardboard box. So I had to drive all the way back to Advance Auto Parts to get what I paid for. Twitchy eye Ron was behind the counter and handle my problem (tried to handle it). He ran around the place for 20 minutes, keep in mind this place is not that big. Twitchy eye Ron finally got tired running around and told me I bought the last one, (being sarcastic) Wow I couldve never found that out since I was the one that told you I picked out the last one on the shelf and ask the see of you had some back in the storage. So twitchy eye Ron said he gonna check if they had some laying around in the back. Theres a different between saying something and doing it. All I saw is he walked up to his overweight coworker playing with his saliva and started chatting for 15 minutes. Twitchy eye Ron then came back from the nasty apple and told me again they didnt had it. In the end they gave me a hard time to issue my refund, I wasted an hour because the staff here are unorganized, unprofessional and uneducated. St.Cloud Advance Auto Parts is one of the worst auto shop I ever been. Again just a fancy junk yard run by idiots.

Was going to other stores, of which people were anxious preparing for Hurricane Irma. When I passed by and noticed AAP, the guts told me get in there. Guess what, found & bought with no long lines and stress at all.
