This is the second car that I bought from Blue Book Cars and it will not be the last! All you have to do is give them an idea of the kind of car you want and the price youre willing to spend they do the rest. They really work with you to find the car that will fit best for you, while making sure that the car is in top shape with no previous accidents. Not only do they use CarFax and other obvious accident and driver reporting softwares but also check the car for bondo work and thoroughly inspect the car. If the car was in an accident.. They wont buy it! They made the process very easy for me and I ended up with a 2015 White Ford Fusion that was around $2000 cheaper than what I would of paid at other dealerships (I made sure to shop around and I still came back). Just to throw it in there, the first car I bought from them was a silver 2006 Ford Mustang (which was awesome). They also do financing in-house and have very good relationships with banks. Granted, I have a little bit above average credit but financing was EXTREMELY easy and painless. Not to mention I got a great rate. In summation, if you want quality service and quality cars go to Blue Book Cars.

Sales people were nice but the car I bought started falling apart about 3 months after I bought it. Spent $2000 for a car for my daughter and have since spent $2500 over the course of a year to fix various issues. Broken axle, new shocks (had to replace the air bag shocks because the air pump was bad too), roof leaks, replaced the radiator, back seat wasnt secured. Found that out the hard way when I leaned on the seat to look under the drivers seat. Damn thing fell on my head. You get what you pay for. Just cause they are nice and tell you its a good car, doesnt mean it is.

Helpful,honest,customer care,just a great place to purchase your next car.All the cars I have bought exceeded my expectations. LOOK for THE BLUE SIGN: Excellent Service! Sales team courteous - Mostly made up of older males (50+) so they dont seem to be out for a quick buck or sell you something you dont want. Perhaps age comes with wisdom or its just the culture of the company. It results in a more tranquil experience. 4 of 5 stars only because the inventory is not too large, however with a little timing you may find the item you desire if check the inventory routinely. The website does list the inventory so shoppers are able to look online (recommended) before going.

We just moved from Pittsburgh and we asked some friends who they trusted and they had only one answer, Blue Book Cars! Steve Lash and John Dorff walked us through every detail and were able to assure of us of the upmost quality. We drove off the lot with a new to us vehicle but more importantly, peace of mind. Thats my wife and daughter in that thing, I want to trust the guy selling it to me and I got that here! Please dont purchase a used vehicle anywhere else in central Florida until youve visited the lot on South Orlando Blvd. in Sanford.

A terrific and honest place to buy a car! We recently had a great experience buying from Blue Book. This dealer was recommended to us by a neighbor who said they were honest and helpful people. John Doorf was our salesman and helped us with no pressure at all. He was honest and never tried to sell us anything we didnt need. Everyone we spoke with at Blue Book was very knowledgable and accommodating. They also gave us a great deal on our trade-in. I highly recommend them! A terrific experience!

As someone who knows very little about cars its very important to me to have a car salesman that I can trust, the team at bluebook cars has been very good to my family for years. We have purchased many cars from them with no issues. They recently put me in a beautiful sonata that was everything I wanted and more, very fair and honest price for both the new car and the trade-in and everyone who works there was very polite and friendly. Came in and dealt with Bob Howe, what a character! form his un wanted political analysis of whats wrong with the US and his racist remarks on Obama to his phony I am a Christian diatribe. I left there with my head spinning .... and what about the truck you may ask.... Bought it somewhere else, found a similar truck with 10K less and a year newer for 3k less just across the street... Would not step in this place again... and definitely would not recommend it.

He showed us their available inventory of trucks with patience and without being pushy. The manager, Gary, worked with us regarding payment and was very accommodating. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealer. They came out to introduce themselves then after asking if they were able to help they pressured me into signing to buy the car before they would give me any information on financing and what the rates would be.I will never go back to Jim Lash Blue Book, and would recommend to anyone not to go. They say their reputation is the best, however this is a complete lie!!

Brought in my car for service and payed WAY TOO MUCH for the service. AND when I dropped off my car the AC was working fine, ice cold. When I picked it up the next day the AC was blowing hot air. When I asked the service tech that worked on my car what happened he told me that it was working when he parked it. FUNNY how all the AC controls were OFF when I got in the car. I wouldnt have these people change a lightbulb for me.

Great service and great people! DA sold me a great car. First the car needed new tires which I was going to get in a month or two ,but after I sign for the car the owner said they need to put new tires on before I could go with it for free. I love this place they know how to take care of there customers I will tell my friends about this place and come back when I need another car.
