This place deserve a ZERO STAR rating. I was first dealing with them over email to buy a jeep. Had everything set up & came to an arrangement to come in and finalize the deal. I believe the guy I was dealing with, his name was Sal. He was suppose to hold the vehicle for me. When the day came for me to come in (which was about 1-3 days after the set up). Found out that they sold the vehicle they were suppose to hold for me. Though they manage to find another one that I wanted & it wasnt that far. Almost a week went by before they got the vehicle. Went to get the vehicle, looked it over, found some scratches on it. They agree to have it fix & provide me with a rental. Told me to go right down the block to enterprise & tell them that they (the dealer) was paying for the rental. So thats what I did. A few months later. I was charged for the rental. When I talked to the manager about it. He was rude about it & didnt want to refund me for the rental that they were suppose to cover. Was only offering 3 free oil changes. That doesnt cover the cost of the rental. Had it for about 5 days. He just blew me off. Sales department is just awful & doesnt care about anything but bending you over & sticking it to you. I decide to give the service area a try at least. By the 2nd or 3rd visit. Things went wrong. First, I had scratches all over my hood, pillars, & panels after having it service by them for a water leak. They took care of the repair. But almost didnt want to give me a rental since I wouldnt have my vehicle for about a week. When they called me to come pick it up after fixing the scratches. I went to get it, but, I looked over the repair before accepting it. Found that the scratches werent fulling repaired & that they made new scratches. How could you say it finish when it wasnt & that the tech created new scratches without saying anything. Another 3 days later, said its ready. Looked it over before leaving. Found another set of new scratches & still some previous "fixed" scratches still not fixed. Another 5 days later they called said it was ready this time & wanted me to dropped off the rental first before coming over. Why? Because they didnt want to cover the rental any more & it was close to enterprise closing. Looked over the vehicle. Still some light scratches. Sat there for about an hour for them to sand it out. Anytime (since the first time) I brought it in for service (oil change or warranty work). They never clean the vehicle from the greasy/dirty hand prints they leave. Also, when I was about to drive off one time. I saw that the hood latches were not latched. Glad I saw it before leaving. It was a really stormy & winding day. The hood would of blown right off if I didnt see it. That was just careless. All of it has been careless. And there was a concern that didnt get looked at. Found that out when I picked up the vehicle. Told the adviser. He brought the vehicle to the tech. I wanted in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. He came back & told me that he cant get to it at that moment due to him being busy. Ok, I coudl understand being busy. But, its not like I just came in without an appointment at that moment. He had the vehicle & didnt do it. Since I was there, he should of done it. Forgot what the problem was. But they were going to need it for a few days & I asked for a rental. Told me to give him a moment and hell see what he can do. About 30 minutes later. Another guy came in & said youre rental is ready. I was surprise! My adviser came in & talked to the other guy about something. He told him he got the rental for me. Looked confused for a bit. Said no, the rental is for the other couple sitting there waiting. Then talked to me & said that they cant give out rentals. But, as he was talking to the other couples. He said that they will take care of their car, its under warranty & that there will be no charge for the rental? What the heck! You just told me I couldnt get one, but they could???? Place makes no sense. Careless & not caring about anything. STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Summary: They damaged my oil pan which had to be replaced. Quoted me a price then gave me a higher price when I picked up my car. And they got a screw in my tire from their negligence. None of which they would cover. Pic shows the 2 different prices from one day to the next. Horrible service and irresponsible. I brought my car to another dealer and they said my bolt on my oil pan was stripped from previous service meaning I would have to replace whole oil pan. I went to Joey Accardi spoke with manager Ron who said they would cover the labor but I would have to pay for the part that THEY damaged. I needed my car so I agreed. I go get a estimate for oil pan they say it was in "stock" and it came out to $101 total they kept my car overnight. Then called me the next day saying they needed to order the oil pan and my car would have to stay another night. The next day they call me to pick up my car I get there and they hand me a bill of $175 saying the oil pan was $143 and adhesive was $22. But the day before it was only$101 for the oil pan. I paid it with credit card the intention of disputing the charge and stating my reason with the CC company. I really wanted to get away from that dealer fast as possible. I get in my car and my low tire PSI was on my screen I told the service advisor and he said they could put air so I bring it to the service guy and ask if he could check the tire first he does and finds a nail in the tire wall which could not be patched. I go back to talk with the manager Ron and he says they "never drive my car that it didnt happen there and they dont use nails" really??? So did they tow my car around the lot and mechanic station??? He says they will not cover it and it was not there fault. When I brought my car I didnt bring it in with a flat. I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! In my pics you can see the estimate from the day before to the next day even the stamp they used to show it was paid had a incorrect date. All around they are thieves, negligent and could care less about a customer.

So let me tell you about my experience. Just wasted 30 minutes with one very judgemental service rep and left with a bitter feeling. Asking me all types of personal questions SSN, income, where I live, what I ate, etc. Apparently a normal process before cars are shown. Really? We just bought a place where trucks are not welcome in the neighborhood and we really want a truck (long time boaters) Did not read the fine print in the rules. Not used to even having neighbourhood community rules. First insult: "when does your lease expire?". When I explicitly stated I own. Not everyone has a lease. Besides I just told you I own. Yes we just moved here and I own. I own. I own 3 houses in Canada and 1 in US. Look me up if necessary. Secondly if I work for a retail giant, that does not necessarily mean I am a part time cashier. Also asking for a job title would be a better filtering question then employers name. Look at the shoes I am wearing, if I can casually wear something for 300$ on my feet dont ask me your silly questions. The excuse the rep gave me was "all the car keys are locked up in a safe by the previous sales man on shift". Really!? Not even funny! If you judged me by a used car that I drove into the deallership, well hey, I am here to upgrade it. Besides the only reason why I still have it is because I am the original owner and it served me well until the accident. Really uncool. I felt like showing this man my checking account and actually offered him to take a look at the end. Which I still feel like doing to change this kind of service pattern at the dealership and teach one more person not to judge. I spent 25000 just this month. I have cash at my disposal. Dont waste my time with your pre-approval, screening questions. My time is very precious. As a customer I always expect service at least neutral but never negative with unreasonable judgement. If you are going to judge people at least judge them once they leave. If anyone should be judging it should only be customer and not the other way around. Best of luck to your business.
