Do not take your car here for service. I had the unfortunate experience of having my rear main seal replaced at this location. This is a BIG job and extremely costly so you would think the dealership would be the ones to bring your car to, but they are not. The experience itself was terrible, but the worst part and the biggest thing I want to WARN other customers about is their LACK OF QUALITY/CARE FOR THE CAR. I had the seal replaced on my car in 10/2016. Now, 6-7 months later, my car is at the shop for the 4th time because of parts that were not placed back in the correct location and wore out. EVERY auto service I bring my car to asks if I had major work on my cars engine and if the person knew what they were doing because wires are in the wrong place (and now worn out), brackets werent placed back on, the battery wasnt connected correctly, etc. Ive been paying to fix other parts to the car that were damaged following this major job performed at this location. This is not a coincidence when different garages come to the same conclusion....things are not where they should be under the hood and they are now in need of repair. This dealership should return the money I paid for the rear main seal AND pay for the other issues Ive had over the last 6 months. Do not receive service here.

Dont bring your car to this dealership! They do not care about you or your car! I had the worst experience possible at this dealership and its been a nightmare! A little over a month ago, I brought my car into this dealership for a simple brake job. I return to pick up my car, make my payment for the brake job, and immediately after Im notified that my car has been involved in accident on the premises. They were taking it to get washed and an off-duty employee backed into me. They refused to take responsibility since the worker was off duty, and the guy driving my car was a sub-contractor. They havent offered any type of reconciliation, reimbursement, or even done as much as call to check on the situation. Only kind of call Ive received is asking to schedule another service appointment even though my car is in the body shop due to their negligence. When I stated that I wouldnt be returning to the dealership the General Manager responded saying he doesnt care and it doesnt affect him. To make matters even worse their employee that hit me was uninsured!

I attempted to purchase a vehicle at Greico Chevrolet in Fort Lauderdale. However when I arrived the salesman was new and arrogant. His name was Jason. He did not offer me a test drive and he attempted to make me purchase a more expensive car. I had to beg to get a test drive for the car I wanted. I went to Ed Morse Chevrolet and they were fantastic. Ed Morse Chevrolet got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. My new car I purchased at Ed Morse was almost $300 less per month than Greico offered me - and for the car I wanted? Bottom line is Greico Chevrolet is awful. Ed Morse is the best. After my purchase, I had a minor technical issue with my radio so I brought it to Greico. They did nothing to help. No loaner. No time frame to fix my car. The worst customer service!! I called Ed Morse and they gave me a loaner vehicle. So nice. Ed Morse blows Greico away. I would gladly travel the extra 20 minutes to go to Ed Morse.

Let me start with the fact that I dont have the best credit so much so I put off trying to buy a truck because I didnt think it was possible . Moreover , I was embarrassed to even try . But these guys never made me feel embarrassed as a matter of fact my credit was never an issue . So I went from dreading going there to having the best car buying experience that I have had in a long time . So good ,that although I have never written a review ,I felt compelled to do so. First off the salesman was very patient and answered all my questions but I never felt pressured in the least . Then ,when it was time to buy ,they worked so hard to get me financed and got me a rate that I never dreamed I could get . So I dont know if my review makes a difference to anyone but I just had to say something . One more thing , after I bought the salesman Brad went thru every feature with the truck , it must of took him an hour .

Went in looking for a Chevy Colorado to lease and met a salesman named Kyle. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the features of the truck along with helping to compare the minute differences between certain options. When it came to negotiating price a couple weeks later, we also dealt with the sales manager Anthony. Unlike most sales managers at other dealers, he offered us a fair starting offer that wasnt insulting and we were able to work with him and Kyle further on getting it more into our preferred budget. They were able to beat out a very competitive offer and even threw in an extra option. Before the deal was complete, they made sure it was in working order and fixed a defect on the bumper perfectly and quickly. We are very satisfied that we were able to get the truck at a great price and from our local dealer and highly reccomend dealing with these two men when looking for a car or truck.

I recently bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu Premier. It was between the Malibu and a Altima. The Malibu was the best price for the options and quality. The process to purchase the car was quick and the salesperson Brett was fantastic. In typical car dealership fashion, the sales manager Anthony came out to finalize the pricing, and he was great. I know 100% that I got a fantastic deal. While I was at the dealership, another Chevy dealership was pricing the same car. The salesperson there said the deal was too good and had to be a scam, because they couldnt even come close. Well it wasnt a scam and I love my car. I did have a slight issue with the car and everyone at this dealership bent over backwards to assist me. I have 0 complaints. Overall a great experience and I have recommended several people to go here. 5 Stars for everything.

I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Ed Cote here at Grieco Chevy of Ft. Lauderdale. Ed and the finance manager Robin were wonderful! Professional yet down to earth. It was my first time financing a car and it was pretty overwhelming to think about, but with the help of Ed and Robin it was a breeze. They made sure I understood everything and made sure my concerns were put to ease. They got me an awesome deal and got me in the car I loved!!! The customer service from Ed and Robin was fantastic and I am forever a lifetime customer! If you are looking for a great deal and an awesome customer service experience go see Ed Cote!! He was fantastic! I will forever recommend everyone to him! Great guy!

A bunch of liars and the worst service I have ever experienced! I have a major problem with my 2015 corvette and they are covering it up to avoid lemon law. Stay away from this company and avoid buying any GM product. they do not stand behind their product and do everything to avoid replacing the transmission. They rather fix it until the warranty runs out and then you are out of luck! You can be SURE I will never buy a GM product again and will never deal with this dealership again. ***UPDATE: No one has contacted me from Greico Chevrolet or anyone from GM as promised from their response to my review. As expected from the type of service I received. ***
