Have been in there once - they have a small wine store and wasnt greeted. Didnt really have too much of an opinion then, but I am now on a search for some wine and called there to see if they had it when a woman answered and I asked "Yes mam, Im looking for a particular wine - if I tell you what it is, can you tell me if you stock it?" She replied "OK"...and I tell her. She then replies "No" & I say "OK" (because I could clearly tell this woman had some sort of attitude with her answers), where she then replied "OK" back to me and hung up. Where is the customer service these days? I work with a company where I believe customer service is everything. No matter how great your product is, people want to feel welcomed...and that was a horrible welcome. Will not be going there for ANY wine in the future.

Best place in Panama City for wine, craft beer, and cigars...period. Take it to go or grab a seat in their lounge area (or outside patio) and enjoy your drink! Theres a nice selection of cheese plates and other snacks that pair perfectly with whatever wine or beer you select. Each year they host a number of special events that feature great wines paired with outstanding food and believe me they are very much worth attending. Just a great place to grab a great drink and mingle with a lot of nice people....well except for the $500K home owners (see Janeys review) who mistook their need to whine with the desire to drink wine.

I understand what Chuckie is saying - my friend and I walked in to the 2 for 2 event and no one even said hi or offered to help us, as we obviously looked a bit baffled. Well, we found our way to the wine room and seated ourselves in the corner, and had to flag someone down to help us with the menu. The owners seemed a little snobbish - warmed up a little at the very end when we paid our ticket. I, too, do not understand their thinking - even though I was dressed casually, I live in a half million dollar home and have an income of over a quarter million yearly. The owners should think twice about who they are hospitable to.

Wine Dog was absolutely wonderful and accommodating to my husband as we were in the area and he stopped in to grab me some wine and him some craft beers. We were so impressed as Terri went above and beyond the call of duty and chilled my wine and made sure we had everything we needed since we were staying in a nearby hotel. Her wine suggestion was great and an added bonus they are a local small business. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Wine Dog!!!

I happened upon Wine Dog while shopping the shopping center it is located in. It is very convenient and has a small but nice selection of wine, The service was not good to downright rude plus snobby. I found the lack of curtsey and hospitality soured my taste for their selections. I will drive 10 or so miles out of my way to trade with more pleasant people.

The Wine Dog has an unbeatable selection of wines, a nicely stocked walk-in humidor, and cozy spots to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or a fine cigar. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. A great place to visit after work, or on a weekend.

Best place in Panama City to find good hard to find craft beer and wine! Great selection of cigars also. Beer and wine to purchase and consume on site with a nice outside setting area.
