Mission Incredible

This Total Wine and more location actually moved a lot closer to my residence. The hours are flexible and meet my demanding schedule. When you approach the doors, the entryway is to the left. There is a wide selection of USA beers as well as micro breweries and beers imported from overseas. The neat thing about the beers is that each one has a brief description that is pretty accurate. Some will have a rating. There higher the score the better. Bewarned - Total wine and more DOES stock several types of beer from overseas that can go past 8% ABV (8 percent alcohol by volume). I was looking for a particular beer made by a small brewery just north of Richmond, VA and they said they had it in stock. Two customer service agents later and 18 cans of the Chin Music was no where to be found. I ended up leaving empty handed because I did not research any other beers. You can visit the website to look up several of the beers, and it will give several pages of info on each one in stock. to the bottom right of the page is how you navigate through all the pages and can read about the beer and brewerys history and any reviews it might have. I also noted that the website mentions which aisle and side the beer is on. the AISLE is correct, but the side is typically wrong. I do not believe they list the right or left of aisle when your walking in the door, its as if it is orientated from the back of the store. Its a mild issue, but the staff is always willing to assist and can usually find products relatively quick.Most times there is a single cashier. Lines can be 5+ people long, so if your in a hurry to get in and out, plan on a few extra minutes to navigate the store, grab your goods and eventually pay and get out. I am not going to touch the wine aspect of "Total Wine and more". I visit the store for the wide selection of beer and novelties there. Overall, I would say they have close to 200 or so different types of beer. Most are on shelves at room temperature, but some of the product cards will say if the product is available chilled. Ask a customer service rep in the store where the chilled products are. Overall, its not a bad establishment, it has its quirks but they are pretty minor in nature.

Great wine selection! It is a chain in case you dont know. They have decent amount of wines and beers. Its about 50/50 if the employees are nice when Im in there. Sometimes they are plain rude and other times they provide remarkable customer service. You can find a lot of imported beers here as well and they offer wine and beer tastings. This is a good spot to find some wine/beer for a chain.

Awesome experience here! Every staff was very helpful! The wine tasting was great! Daniel the store manager was also a very big help. He was very knowledgeable & knew exactly what he was talking about. The build your own 6pack was pretty cool! We chose 6 of any kind of beer to try new flavors. You also get a 10% discount with that! Oh & they have military discount! Love this store!!
