I would give them 0 stars if Google would let me. I went to Red Wings Palm Harbor to buy some boots last February. The Red Wings I bought have a year warranty so when the toe of the boots caved in a couple months ago and they began to rub my toes raw, I didnt give it a second thought I took the boots in and was helped by an associate named Tony who agreed that the boots are defective and he ordered me a new pair of boots in that where said to be there the following Monday. The next day Tony contacted me and asked me to bring the defective boots back in that they might be able to fix them. So I did as he asked and was helped by a second associate named Bob who also agreed that they are defective and assured me that my new boots would be in on Monday. So I waited till Monday and called but the boots still hadnt arrived. This went on for a week until my boots arrived the following Monday (a week late of what I was told originally). I went in to get my new boots and was helped by the store manager Steve who told me that my boots werent defective and blamed me for the cave in saying that I didnt properly dry the boots in between wearing them. Then insulted me by saying that if I had the money to afford another pair I could interchange days of wear so that the cave in wouldnt happen. He took a pair of shoe pliers and began to iron out the cave in. I told him that I wasnt happy with the band aid he put on my boots for lack of better terminology. I also commented on how he wasnt standing by his product or his employees (one of which was rolling his eyes behind him as he band aided my boot). I will never buy another pair of boots from this store. It wouldnt matter if they had the last set of boots on earth Id go bare foot first. Hopefully my review will save yall from being treated like a second class citizen.

Tolle Auswahl an Redwing Boots ... Der Name sagt eigentlich schon alles. Schuhe fürs Leben - einfach unverwüstlich. Beim aktuellen Wechselkurs könnte man die Boots zwar auch im Store in Frankfurt kaufen ... aber die Auswahl hier ist sehr viel größer.

I will never shop there again. Steve the manager called my wife a liar and agrued with us about the shoes falling apart. We have spent thousands of dollars and will never spend another cent there. I asked for the owners name and Steve refused to give me the name. He even got in my face and told me I could leave the store which of course I left. How can you stay in business with this type of treatment. Never again. MC
