We purchased Nike shoes on Friday from this store . By Sunday the velcro was ineffective, the shoes would stay fastened or stay on our childs feet. Upon taking these Nikes back to Famous Footwear, we were told the stores policy is NOT to accept shoes back that had been worn outside. We were told the shoes should have only been worn inside only for a period of time . Then we were told the shoes were too big, when it was the store associate measured the foot and the size did fit our child.

Pricy shoe store (hence good quality), but I always find my tennis shoes on the clearance rack and have a coupon. Wont go anywhere else!
